bthis is funny as hell! these guys must be soooo bored on their weekend. i know, lets waste time putting out an almost exact copy of mavens release (a whopping two frames removed is it???) and take the risk of getting tracked down and busted for it if you're not 'up' on to do these things properly.

next time you get this bored funworld - try going out for a walk or something.

OK, this re-encoding stuff is getting out of hand now.

Adywan is the exception due to the amount of work put into it, plus the fact he mostly does XviD, until DTS discs are cracked, i really feel DVDR is a bit of a wast e for a TS.

You know something, i posted on the SVCD reencoded one of this and ill say the same thing here: GET YOUR OWN FUCKING SOURCE. I dont care that ORC had affiliations with maven, the scene is meant to have original sources, not bullshit reencodes.
It seems like anyone can be a scener these days! You dont have to have your own source, just rip off another groups hard work, reencode it into a different format, talk some stupid group into preing it, then off you go, site credits for everyone!

Such bullshit.

I remember Centropy did a TS DVDR of Matrix 2 and it was pretty damn good....I haven't seen this one yet, but it's not completely out of the question for a TS DVDR...depends on how good the source is.

Hmmn, a 1.4GB release from maven, or the exact same release encoded to fill 4.45GB from funworld. I think I know which to chose. Should be nuked for stolen source... anyway.

Vid = 8 (Even if the source is stolen, it's still pretty good)
Audio = 8 (Same)
Movie = 6 (Not really my thing)

I grab other peoples re-encodes to DVDR because it takes just as long to download a second copy as it does to author/re-encode myself. On the otherhand, they have no place on this site. There is not a single reason that this should be here, besides the fact it plays in a DVD player on a DVDR. Spit on this group or else 50 other scene whores will pop up within a week trying to get away with the same thing if they are gonna recieve praise. Its one thing to release on Usenet, but on "official" scene places like this these hacks should be blackballed. Centropys Matrix TS DVDR was shitty and ridiculed back then, and its still shitty and should be ridiculed now. This doesnt even have DTS like Centropys and is from a stolen source. Go fuck yourself Funworld.

PS : Addywan shouldnt be on here either. Theres just as many Addywan dicksuckers as Maven has. People defend Addywan because he fixes releases. IMO if you see an Addywan release, get it. But you already know what the quality, etc is going to be like by checking the sources quality on the likes of this site. Addywans will be the same, but with a minor improvement in video or audio in some way, and quite often its worse in alot of regards, because you are only gonna be as good as your source. Addywan is also ultimately a source thief with no affiliation to the groups he rips off, but gets away with it because so many lazy noobs praise his work (on the unmoderated/no rules Usenet). Well, luckily this place is moderated and has rules, so at the risk of getting in trouble for flaming, i just wanna say go fuck yourself you re-encode whores, and stay off of here. Or at least make a pink forum for all these releases and then these loosers can fight over whos king Pink with their proper of a proper of a re-encode.

People that complain about "source thieves" totally crack me up.

If you don't see the obvious reason why, you are hopeless.

The reason Adywan gets so much praise is becuase he spends so much time and skill on his releases, and has more talent than most if not all the big "scene" groups, he also gives credit to the original source group, and never tries to pass anything off as his own.

As for this, this cant be compared to Centropys Matirx2 TS DVDR as that was Centropys own source and wasnt an XviD re-encode, it also had their own DTS sourced 5.1 tracks, so im my opinion was a valid release onto a DVDR.

This on the otherhand, Isnt

well isnt this release fun, dont know why it would deserve to get posted here, and as for the centropy dvdr ts that was a great thing in its day. how can you compare this release, which only sorted out some bs frames which nobody could even tell and took the mpgs and put them onto a dvd, with something that took time and skill to encode and was the groups source? this thing sucks.

Actually, its not bad...

I know, I know .. making a DVD out of a TS sounds and seems absurd ... but this one is not that bad .... just as the old Centropy Matrix Reloaded TS DVDR wasn't that bad...


Its a pretty decent looking DVD .....granted it is not anything like the quality the retail will be, but it beats the hell out of the 3 Disc TSs out ....supposedly the source is the Maven release, and not the other crappy ones.

None of us pay for "actual" bandwidth, so its no harm in grabbing it and burning a .25c - .50c DVD-R..... My only complaint is that it is PAL .. and not all DVD players will play PAL DVDs...

My Apex and Norcent will, but many other players will only play PAL SVCDs, not DVDs.
