Based on sample - And my first post lol!!! Typical vhs screener full screen no watermarks (well tells us that in nfo) but all screenshots from same scence basically. dunno wether it goes B/W but sound seems good and picture.

Just checked out the sample.

No watermarks like the .nfo says. Audio is superb for a VHS screener, and the video is good, but I think the color could've probably been tweaked just a bit (to explain the 8 it's about to get). I'll just be holding off til a DVDRip, if I even grab that.

I thought like 1/2 of this movie was good .. then it kinda went to shit near the middle-end. Good quality screener as usual , but im really gonna have to pass on this one.

nice sample right in the tomb room..overall nice. full screen but still pretty good..looked like crap in powerdvd...but in Intervideo..looked great..

8/9/7 movie was good..but could have been alot better.

Overall looks good. The video is very blurry and kind a washed out colors. Watched on Xbox, TV and PC. Hope there will be a better release soon...

Nope this is the normal theatrical version.
By the way in a recent interview, they said that there will be no longer version released on DVD, despite any comments made about a Director's Cut.

vip3r, you put it perfectly dude. The movie really did go downhill from the middle of the movie. I dont know bout u guys but i was expecting a bit more from the ultimate face off of aliens vs. predator... but hey thats hollywood for ya!

Anyway,

Video - Standard nice quality vhs-screener. This is a good chance to pic it up if u havn't got the TS. Cos' in MaVen's release der are alot of dark scenes which can now be viewed more clearly.

Audio - Nice clear sound.

Typical "hotel pay-per-view to VHS to VCD" quality.
Sheep nuked as there is no missing ending.. it is complete..

If it's gonna be Nuked it should be for mislabeling.. as this is not a screener... but hey ya gotta love Lodgenet

Video is fair.. kinda blurry 7
Audio is nice.. 8
Movie.. 8 (piss off I enjoyed it... you peeps just expect too much these days)

Now if we could just con these guys into investing into a set top DVD recorder.. they'd get a much better copy when they tap into the Hotel's pay per view system to steal the signal... and we'd wind up with studio grade VHS copies instead of this.....

what ending was missing?? Was there like a few seconds of credits that are really important cause we find out who played Dead Guy Number 3?

Also what do you expect the story to be? I thought it was good, compared to the game which was just a sort of "Opps 3 different species come across each other for no real reason" thing

Anyway onto the important stuff. I thought this was a really good screener, great picture, good audio and I liked the movie even though there are a good few things that are wrong with it...but this screener is def worth getting compared to the rather dark maven release in my opinion as I enjoyed the movie more.
