Does anyone ever download 3cd's of SVCD?? I would get tired of walking to dvd player and change them out. I think we should do away with it for groups and they should just make it a dvd5 instead.

some of us stick em onto dvd
some of us wait for the dvdr

I rip the MPGs and load the directory in Zoomplayer (My TV is connected to my PC) and watch it. No need to change dics.

I dl 3 cd's of an svcd and damn proud of it. Don't try to be some trendsetter. If you don't know how to put it on a dvd then learn how.

Things need to change with the times. Fact that more SVCDS get nuked, out of sync, have to wait til proper is a sign of bad things to come. XVID is good, dvdr is just as good. Or not bin-cue for that matter.

V:7 not the best for a TC

Movie: Not a bad flick 7

nuking for not being in bin/cue format is enough to make you want to go out and punch a nerd, just because.

with the drought of decent quality stuff.. to go nuking for stupid reasons like that is just a joke. out of sync or missing parts of the movie is one thing.. but..

like most said above.. most people toss them on dvd's anyhow, which means you've got to extract the bin image anyhow. or if you really must have a bin/cue - it takes a minute to make one in vcdgear.

watched a little bit of this version (I suffered through the cam the first time around) -- very nice release.

nice picture and sound. a nice TC, thanks FUCK.

the reason they nuke em for not bin/cue is pretty simple m8 when its not bin/cue its NOT an svcd, its just an mpeg2 file. To tag it SVCD it needs to be an authored SVCD...hence why its called an svcd.

Change CDs? Just stack the files with XBMC, and stream through the network. The movie is seemless.

chirpy old rls, strange source as i didnt see any fag burns or the typical TC marks. Audio was loud and understandable. Repacked, as not bin\cue but wasnt an issue for me. 10x better than that family stone garbage.

cheers fuck

uh..

bin/cue has "nothing" to do with it's contents being SVCD. it's just a CD image format.

encoding the video to mpeg-2 svcd spec is what makes the mpeg a svcd. the files they released were mpeg-2 svcd compliant.

the reason they nuke them for silly issues like this is because the nerds have nothing better to do.

the sound is a little over modulated, most noticed at first when they're performing in texarkanna... hopefully it doesn't last much longer (though it probably will....

V. 7, A. 5, Movie so far 9.

7.1/5.3/7.1 where in the hell did these numbers come from? Mainly the one about the movie, It's a great as a movie about the coolest man to live is going to be. Anyway that sound wasent perfect but 5.3 is a cam score. The video wasent the shapest but not bad at all either. What an awesome movie.

audio - 6.5
video - 8.5
movie - 7

The reason they get nuked for not being in bin/cue is cuz there are packaging rules when it comes to movie releases. If they are mpeg(vcd, svcd, dvd) they must be in image format when released.

MVIDS don't have to be in bin/cue when they are released - just .mpg or .m2v. But if they are tagged svcd it's because they fall under the specs for an svcd-mpeg.
