about apex..

yes yes i am new... so when you guys say it plays everything but divx... what about file types like avi? same thing as divx? again i am new

avi's do not play in regular home machines, except pc's.
When we mean apex plays everything, we mean vcd, svcd, mp3, kodac photo cd, dvd, and audio cd's....
also i think xvcd, have not tried yet, but will.
if u want more helpt got to www.vcdhelp.com. there is a forum about dvd players, tricks and hacks for mos of them.
PS i own an apex for over 2 years and it still works great. is not the prettiest, sleak thing to look at but does the job, and it cost less than half than most dvd players.. another one to look after is mintek. just got one today for $55 At best buy. perfect..
