cant play svcd

i have tun hitch and mounted the cue onto my vitrual drive. I have dloaded mpeg 2 codecs and the moonlight mpeg 2 player, but it keeps saying i dont have the relevant software, can someone point me in the right direction please?

Try PowerDVD
PowerDVD plays just about everything I downloaded and burned to svcd.
