Advanced DVD Authoring: Advanced Menu

Usually when I DL xvid I convert to MPEG-2 & author a simple DVD with TMPEGenc dvd author. Works great easy, simple motions menu's etc.

What app would do the following for me? I want motion graphics (mpg loops...portions of the source) with still frame images over parts of the animation.

Im producing a dvd of some local skateboarders and thier adventures...I'd like a semi-professional effect for thier dvd.
