Winavi converting to bin dvd

Ive been converting to DVD for ages with no trouble but 3 things I converted recently have been causing Problems.

I used Winavi to convert to DVD (2 Bin files from a Cam). After burning to DVD i tried it on my player and it seems the pic is staggered....sortof jumping or pausing. Ive never seen this before and another recent convertion seems to be exactly the same.

ANy ideas on how to stop/fix this??

just using the bin image which has not been a prob before

i have VCD gear so it aint a prob getting the mpeg

ill try it i just wondered if anyone else had this prob

make sure you have it set to the correct ntsc/pal setting.....other than that, give up
