I love the history movies the most and this is one. The video is nice, but since almost the whole movie is inside with candles it appears dark when it's not. The sound is good and clear, nice release I never would've known about.

Agree completely with the comment above, one i would never have known about had it not been for this release.

Video is slightly pixellated but overall remains sharp and precise. Colours are good and the AR is fine.

Sound, adequete enough this this history ladden story.

I was pleasantly surprised with the film itself, a well assembled cast provoke emotion from their characters. The inclusion of Brian Blessed as the the candisate from Siena was perhaps a little off, considering his inability to even sound remotely Italian....oh well.

Also the naked woman at the start of the feature was fucking hot! Appears she is some German MTV presenter, glad they are liberal enough to let their presenters get their kit of with no modesty
