Fat32 partitioning

I converted a 500gb hard drive from FAT32 to NTFS. I want to change it back to FAT32. Cuntslap windows wouldn't let me create a FAT32 partition bigger than 32gb let alone 500, Partition magic won't let me create a FAT32 partition bigger than 196gb.

I can make two 196gb partitions and merge them so that the second partition appears as a folder in the first partition. I could use the same principle and use all 500gb up with 2 folders in the first partition but wtf. Is there any way I can just make it all 1 partition FAT32 using all the physical space available.

Reason is, its an external HD that I can USB into my DVD player. Like a cock, I converted it to NTFS so I could put a big file onto it, didn't realise that the DVD player wouldn't be able to read an NTFS drive.
