Post Video files to iPod

Is it possible?

There are some video tracks, where I would like to extract audio from. .
I am going to buy drmbuster (seems drmbuster.com or .net or so), but desire to know yours mind for this.
Is this some kind of popular software?
Author promised fast conversion (my trial do it really fast), but short and original quality. Is it possibile?

Or any other perfect software you would like to recommend?

Sorry, if incorrect discussion - I'm newb to forum systems

WinAVI has a nice version that does avi to ipod, psp, and other devices that works quite well. Just used it today to convert a video for one of the teens that works for me and uploaded it to his ipod (Program allows you to do it directly even taking out that simple step!)

I think he just wants the audio track. Must be some free software out there to do it.
