AVI to AMV

Picked up an Iteddy for a Christmas present. It only supports AMV video file so I'm looking for a good converter to reduced size also. Quality shouldn't matter as the screen is only 1.8" so hoping to compress the files a fair amount. Any suggest? Thanks

Well I know google's your friend just thought someone might know a nice app. I tried one or two which didn't impress me at all
