Hopefully it will be cracked. I'm very optimistic in it being a quick fix though. DTS2 has been out for close to 2 years now with no sign of being cracked. This could be more simple than that or even on the same level.
Is it my understanding from their nfo that a CiNEA dvd has no physical watermark that it is only applied through the player? If that's the case and this gets cracked they just made it so much easier.
The dvds are in vob format. It just will not play with any current player. Yes the dvd's are just generic dvd's w/out watermarks. The actual mark is from the player which is a great idea in theory unless its encryption is broken. I hope others will get a hold and actually find a way.
They could have at least spelled it correctly.
It's apocalypto not apocolypto.
big thanks to VideoDVD for putting this out.... and i think the issue with DTS2 was different, as i understand it the data was hard to extract in the first place, with the cinea disk data i.e. vobs can be extracted from the disk, your one step away (decryption) to getting the readable data
reagrdless....if people can work the magic with consoles (PSP/360 etc), im sure someone can crack these beauties..

ok dude when this is on ____<if ever> i will prove it by reposting it edited without watermark
DONT MENTION ANYWHERE YOU DOWNLOAD OR CAN DOWNLOAD. NEXT TIME YOU WILL BE BANNED .P
you would think it would work if you simply encoded it to xvid or something but I guess not :/ hopefully a crack will come out but I have a feeling encryption is getting too hard to crack
encoding to xvid would mean you got past the encryption.
I don't think it will matter too much if this gets cracked or not, that is assuming it's real, because according to alldvd.ca the R5 dvd comes out on jan 18th, only 2 weeks away, but for future releases yeh i hope someone can crack it.

i think a possibilty may be to record onto a video, using one of thes s-view dvd players then get the vhs-rip, then use some encoding software to blur out any visible watermarks, sure you will lose the dvd quality but it may be a way of getting the release out there fast. Forgive me if i'm wrong and this won't be possible, i'm not entirely sure how all the encoding is done, anybody any thoughts on this.
I have this and would love to see a quick fix but i think im dreaming that one will come .. Anyways thnx for the effort VideoDVD

well if anyone can upload this to ____ i will repost the working dvd within 24hrs then maybe people will stop p.m me telling me i speak sh@t
dont judge a book by its cover .....
Love the NFO. If only peeps can think more positively along those lines, rather than just say "Please dont NUKE us altho we deserve it" the scene would be a better place.
Respect to Videovcd/dvd
Been with ya long time man
Yeah this movie really needs to be posted up on ________ if someone wants it cracked. One theory might be to not even try to decrypt it but instead fooling the protection into thinking your authorized.

Are you just wording this badly, or are yu mis-reading the NFO, its not a Watermark to edit out, the actual vobs are encrypted, how can you be 100% certain you can crack this encryption, without actual having a look at it first.
I hope someone does find out how to do this, as i would rather this than a R5 DVD anyway, as if there is no english track on that, then we're back with TS audio.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH
good luck guys decyption dosnt work all you get is a green screen on your tv for 2 hrs reminds me of the old macrovision on vhs tapes. some how youve got to send the vts file an ok from the cinea file i feel retarded so im gonna stop trying for now...

Trust in ZooCubes
I believe that ZooCubes can crack this. Give this person a chance to prove his/her worthiness. All we are talking about are 1s and 0s. The combination to a safe doesn't have to be written down for a cracker to open it. The cracker uses tools to help narrow the possibilities. Give em a chance. If he/she fails then point your finger and say naughty, naughty, but if it is successful ask for forgiveness.
Go to it ZooCubes!

Thanks for the release, Im sure this encryption will be hacked.
Lightning UK could of ripped it when he was sleeping.
right think it might be a firmware issue with the player and adding the s chip.. other wise it will have to be copied directly from a cinea player just to be able to know what code has been added from the raw disk. way to much for me. hope some smart fucker can figure it out before next year.
Your up to it
content on the discs is secured using state-of-the-art AES 128 bit encryption
* A tamper-responsive security core provides highly secure storage for content keys and secure infrastructure enforcement. This circuit automatically destroys secrets when attacked.
* A secure real-time clock enforces the window during which content can be played, as well as provides a time stamp for watermarking.
* Individual player IDs allow content to be authorized on a player-by-player basis. Players can also be enrolled into groups, enabling discs to run only on a specific group of individual players.
* Flexible configuration enables content owners to configure SV300 players to view content from different encrypted projects or to be restricted to a single project, according to their needs.
* An embedded Cinea Running Marks® inserter places an indelible, invisible watermark into each copy of the content as it is played out, facilitating forensic tracking if needed.
* Macrovision® protection on the analog outputs provides additional protection against recording to media.
* HDCP protection on the HDMI digital output provides link protection into the digital display device.
* A user access PIN allows end-users to set up a unique PIN on their SV300 such that no S-VIEW content can play (even if otherwise authorized) until the correct PIN is entered. This PIN can only be reset by a Cinea customer service representative.
Closing thread. The purpose of the release was to get it out there for others to crack.
