v-9(great for a 1cd, like always)
a-8.5, wanted ac3, or a 2 cd (or one 1.4gb cd)
m-5---I saw it on the cam version, it was literally like watching a 'double cam movie'

Overall, very nice.....thanks dmd

you beat me to it. lol

It's a bit pixelated on monitor, it'll look bad on tv, but for xvid not a bad release at all.

V:9
A:9
M:3 Hated it !

Posted by jicjak on 04-04-2008 06:55 PM:

Watched the TS version. Movie at best OK. Now that it can be viewed properly turns out to be a very good flick. 2 Cd's or the 4.4 GB Replica release irrelevant. Get this one.

9/9/8

Posted by andrews on 04-05-2008 12:33 AM:

v=9
a=9
m=i don't know really
actual movie is only 75mins long, with 10mins of end credits on the end

Posted by Triksta on 04-05-2008 01:04 AM:

V - 9 : No Prblems
A - 9 : its as shot on a cam so is supposed to sound like a cam
M - 8

Its a great movie if you can cope with the way the whole film is shot through a cam, keeps you interested all the way through, quite short though.

V : 8

M : 7

Diamond release. Nice one.

Check out the imdb link, and read some various comments with different ratings, that should give you a good overview.

V - 8 (bitrate is below 1200)
A - 8 (No AC3)
M - ?

The rip is flawless.

Posted by waterloo_sunset on 04-05-2008 11:43 AM:

V-9
A-9
M-Will watch later

A 1CD rip is more than enough for this one. It's quite short and it's been shot with a handheld camera so the DVDR would be overkill.

Posted by FireDragoonX on 04-05-2008 04:36 PM:

9/9/3

3 for the special effects and the effort they put into this movie (eg. the hype). But really the movie was really bad, didn't go anywhere in my opinion and wasn't interesting or entertaining.

Posted by Thug4L1f3 on 04-05-2008 11:07 PM:

10/10/7
Saw this at the cinema and it's not a bad movie at all.
Would like to see a prequal though of how it became.
Also if you freeze frame the ending at the fair you see something you probably would have missed otherwise.

typical dmd quality..

Personally I didn't get this movie. Was hoping to like it a lot and waited for the quality rip but I judge this may be better in the cinema..

Nice idea to film from a handed camera!

Cloverfield

Great rip, terrific audio and visual quality but....

Audio: 10
Video: 10
Movie: 6

Didn't care for the movie. Like other posters have said, it didn't go anywhere but it kept me interested. I can certainly understand why some people got motion sick from the movement of the hand held camera though. Thanks to the poster for the movie. Nice job!

Posted by hursty on 04-06-2008 10:07 PM:

A/10
V/10

No complaints regarding quality

M/6

Not what i was expecting, but it kept me watching until the end
The main camera guy annoyed the fu3k out of me though.
Wish i had a camera like his, which held the battery for so long

love/hate type of movie

Posted by ds_36 on 04-08-2008 02:58 PM:

V: 9 - Excellent, the source material was a cam so it's tough for the quality to be perfect.
A: 9 - Sounded fine to me.
M: 6 - Good premise, but the first 18 minutes were just stupid. And the last 10 minutes was just the cast, so the "movie" itself is only 54 minuets!! In addition I got a giant headache from watching this.

Posted by antony215 on 04-09-2008 12:48 PM:

Usual DiAMOND quality

V-9
A-8.5
M-4

Nowhere near as good as all the hype made it out to be

Was ok but as an ardent sci-fi fan I felt as if I'd seen it all before.
