video is terrible..the telecine released was just fine and widescreen. so I'll keep that until a retail dvdr is available. plus the audio is low and wierd on the pc. didn't bother to burn the sample...nice job videocd but no thank you..you guys can do better than this..

5/6/8 I thought the movie was good. start off a little slow but picked up and ended nicely.

Erm .. ok, it's happened before and it will happen again. Get over it. If the video looks like shit it's generally not their fault, but the sources fault/video tapes fault. Because obviously they know how to rip them.

Anyways, i never got the TELECINE, it was all cropped and icky, but i'm going to keep my TELESYNC. Saw this movie a few times already anyways, nice try though VideoCD. Video on this is very crappy, and the audio isn't even that great.. :\

i wasnt actualy complaining its just rare you see a release by video cd start out with a low score they usualy start off realy good then drop rapid if theres a problem with the release

Release is comparable to an average TS. Sound is low, pic is cam looking. Id stick with nothing cause this movie sucked.

Hi,

After watching the first cd, this movie does look good if youre far back from the television set. This looks like it was a third generation VHS copy recorded in EP mode. It is blurry and the audio imo is fine.

You do have the occasional scroller at the bottom and there are no BW scenes.

As far as the movie goes, I think it isnt half bad as what people on here say,

this isnt a screener... it came from a PDVD that i picked up from a vietnamese friend..... nice try but wed all prefer if u just admitted it... jsut like the riddick screener u just pasted property of whv at the top.

Are there many vietnamese in Ireland?, and admit what, you ever thought this "PDVD" of yours is the same source as this, rather than VideoCD using the PDVD.

Yes, VideoCD took a FS TC (???) and added a watermark to it so they could release a screener. That sounds really logical im sure.

Im not doubting they do, you can make as much money selling Pirated software, Music and movies, as you can selling guns and drugs.

I have a TC of Riddick which is better than VideoCD's Screener, but its not the same source.

How is VideoCD's Riddick a TC, FS TC's are rare for a start, plus the pasting the Property of WHV is the funny part, as its Universal who distribute Riddick not Warner, plus there is not just that mark but some scrolling messages and a few B/W instances.

Why the fuck would VideoCD go to all the trouble to make a release irritating and hard to watch when they have a clean, watermark free source.

A bit of proof would be nice before you start throwing accusations, this release is shit and is inferior to the previous TC though.

To be honest with you... I found this movie to be quite clear video and audio wise... personally most of the people that rated low in my opinion didnt even watch this film they just post to post... and don't even have the film. (Just my honest opinion)

it was clear as I said after the first minute... looked like any other vhs screener ive seen out there. I personally dont see the big deal it was blurry for a minute then went to near perfect quality.
