Wow been looking for a Garden State release that was real for quite some time, hopefully it everyone can find this quickly!

probably flamed for not rating but im fine with it, I wanna see this movie!!
K now i can rate it
Video 7 -bluury but all good
Audio 9 - no probs
Video 8 - I like zach braffs work on scrubs and definately in this

Been waiting on this movie for months now..this release definately isn't a waste of time, hehe. Sure as hell made my day.

Picture is slightly dark and quite fuzzy - fullscreen..but very watchable. Audio is nice and deep, nearly perfect for a screener imo. In the bottom right hand corner there appears to be a perm. S logo with a circle around it. Not too big of a deal. Other than that, this release is great. Nice work Wastedtime

judging from the sample i'd say its a pretty good copy, just the watermark but its no biggy. heard good things about this one.

From the sample:

great sound! the picture at first seems dark, until you realize that they are sitting in a dark room around a fireplace, and it's damn good! I'm surprised they would use that scene for a sample, though--I'll bet a few people might criticize it.

sound: 10
picture: 9? It's hard to tell what the rest of the movie will look like from the sample. (the logo on the lower right side is no different than the station ID's on tv shows.)
I'm waiting on the dl--I've been PATIENTLY waiting for this movie.

Finaly! A release of one of the best (maby THE best) ficks ive seen all year, nice job on the release W.T. -- they recently took this movie outa theaters in my area so im glad it finly hit the scene, good work!

based on sample-
video: 8 - FS and alil blury but def watchable

sound: 9 - nice and crisp

movie: 10 - *like i said above^

great movie.......obvious vhs screener.....

I should also mention that a friend of mine is in the SAG nominating committe and she just started getting dvd screeners in the mail a few days ago......so who knows, an even better copy might show up.....this one is a little bit fuzzy in the video department...

...how did we ever actually get by on vhs?

decent enough quality, pic is a bit washed out/blurry but good enough, sound is crystal clear stereo, will watch the entire thing when i have time, just skimmed through the cd's so far.

EDIT: watched the movie this morning and it was very good. i pretty much had hyped this movie up for myself since i had heard about it a few months ago and had very high expectations for it. the fact that it lived up to my expectations was surprising, i really enjoyed the flick. the only thing that kinda bugged me was the whoring of the soundtrack, every 5 mins they'd play a 30 second cut from almost every song on the soundtrack, other than that it was overall very well put together. definately one of my fav's from this year.

Nice finally a pre of this fine film. Pic is a tad dark and FS Sound is just fine. Definitely not a first generation VHS. Permant S at bottom right hand corner..Props on this release

This is one of the better looking (although FS) screeners of late, and first release of one of the better flicks of this year. A little blurry and dull colours but completely watchable and reccomended. Anna Paquin was EXCELLENT.

audio - 6 - for a screener, this is lousy. its definetely audible, but its "tinny" and sounds like a 64kbps mp3 file. lots of high-pitch artifacting.

movie - 9 - really good! watch it with a chick, you will get laid, promise

Just got round to watching this and i'm VERY glad i did, thought the film was awesome, definitely one of my favs of the year so far. Good quality screener as well.

Well, what can I say. Great movie, beyond just great. The Release; typical blockiness/bluriness you would expect from a screener but still very good, the sound was great, but had a few wierd pop noises here and there. It could have been my rig as I watched it on Power Dvd. Props to Wasted Time once again for this release. Started watching Scrubs because the main character in this movie plays the Main character in that. REALLY funny show if you go by the episode i watched.

8 / 8 / 9.5

Yes, a hair dark, but this isn't a dvd. heh Otherwise picture is fine.

Audio was great. (good music in the film also)

Movie itself was fun, the writing could have used a few finishing touches, but heh, like I'm some great screen writer.

9-9-8 is my rating.
