oh my god enough is enough please just rip one perfect minority report cant be that hard to do it so many dvd screeners of this movie im gettting sick and tired of downlodaing these things of one movie the kick ass telecine and screener from tcf is fine with me if you cant rip a dvd scr right dont bother so many releases of this damn movie these new groups are starting out bad my god

Dont be silly, there is no way that is a DVD screener. You can see that the picture has been upsampled in size from the pixelation. Looks like the movies that are simply reencodes of videocds.

Check out the old DVD screeners of movies like Lord of the Rings from TCF for a proper idea of what a DVD screener should look like.

Was this release really needed? Theres already 11 releases of this movie (correct me if I'm wrong). But I'm not one to complain. Although I was happy with the previous release. I think I'll just wait for the dvdrip, if you haven't seen the movie and don't feel like waiting then I guess you should get this one but I don't know haven't seen it yet.

I know no1 has watched it cause its just getting to sites and all u wouldnt of had time to watch the sample. since its a proper of the other than grab this one if u see it but the other wasnt bad either....quality from last rls isnt too hot for a dvd scr but what are ya gonna do

I watched the sample a few days back, and i think the quality was pretty crappy.. atleast for a DVD. Bad framerates and a bit blurry, if my memory serves me correct... 5/8/9.

edit: devilbeast what are you talking about?! i saw this on sites a couple of days ago..

I never said I seen it...I pretty much just said I was happy with the other release and if you haven't seen it then this one might be the one to get if you haven't seen the movie.

It's not a real dvd screener that's why, it's a pdvd. All these groups mislabeling these days, it's kinda sad when you expect something great and then find out that it's actually a flop.

i think the svhs svcd screener was best , or the lion release (if u correct AR yourself)

The lion release was the overall best, a good TV can fix the AR, and BSplayer does it too.
The TC was utter shit and also had the same messed up AR as the Lion release, the only people who like the TC are the jpg viewers who have very little if any of the releases.

TCF's SVHS screener was ok but was lacking in color.

I never thought i'd say this but, please no more releases of this film unless they are the quality of SWEP2.

could not agree more. All releases of this movie have been crap, encoding a vcd/svcd isn't that hard. If they can get the source material which is the hard part, they should be able to make a good vcd.

devil come on you are not serious, just getting on sites i have had this release for a week now. vcdquality just dropped the ball on this one and posted it way late. I have this as being in the scene as early as 09/30/02 and since i am not uber leet i can only imagine it being out a day or so before that. but atleast out since 9-30-2002

devil and read the nfo it says released 9-28-02 so dont always assume people havent seen it prior to it being posted here. i perosnally dont use the rating system here cuz i dont think anyone takes it seriously. but this just goes to show you it's possible people can actually be rating the movie from having seen it.

I have been waiting for a quality release of this title, and I see I need to wait for a while longer.

WTF is up with the framerate on this release. Who in their right mind would call this *PROPER*?/??? Picture is great, if you like still frame.

I am going to sit through long enough to see if the second disc is as bad as the first. If it isn't, I dont even know if I will bother burning disc 3.

Poor showing, EPiC. Better luck next time.

well i finally got around to viewing this movie its a good movie. yes i liked it.

i knew i would from the original TS that was just impossible to view at any level (i was embarassed showing it to friends and they all got turned off quickly about free movies ;p )

i agree this is the best copy so far ive seen. ( altho ive only peeped 3 of them )

mislabeled ? of course it is ....

the sound sux like the NFO says and its hard to watch it.
on top of that its ws which i dont care to much for especially for a 3 cds rel !

heres what i found when i looked up the word PROPER in merriam webster dictionary:

4 : very good : EXCELLENT

i do not find this to be ANY of what the definition says

PS- thankfully we have a neat little program called vcdgear so i dont have to waste uber cds on CRAP like this.
