Video - sharp, no blocks, a bit dark thou could be the movie.

Sound - best i've heard from a cam

utter crap..what is the stuff at the bottom of the screen..starting from the left. and the audio is just horrific. Very very lite..and hard to understand...
the video was sort of good and then went so dark it was impossible to see certain scenes.
Audience noise was constant and through out film..constant mumbling to cheers and laughter..

5/2/8 movie was actually pretty good listening to others I would have thought differently. but even for PG the action was strong and the effects were lovely. story falls off base a little but overall great movie..can't wait for the sequel.

Watched most of CD1 hours ago, if I were you I wouldn't waste your bandwidth on it.

Picture - Awful, can't see half the scenes..a bit blurry, I didn't like it at all. 4/10

Audio - Bad for the first bit, gets a bit better IMO, but I didn't like it very much. 5/10

Movie - Well, I withstood most of CD1, and I didn't like it...but it could just be the quality, so i'm not rating it.

Video is way too dark and cropped out of control.
(nukeable) Starts a little late and has many problems getting
ready.

Sound has a hum and many distractions from the crowd and person filming it moving around.

Movie was not as good as I thought it would be but,
I think they were just laying the ground work for a better film
(AVP2) and were also trying to explain the history of the other films. This explained a lot and I look forward to the real battle
I believe will take place in the future. (In Space)

Well well, this is added a bit late to VCDQ, no?

Anyways, I have to say this release is not as awful as others have said. Compared to the recent TS's that have been damn good, this is horrible, but at the very least this is watchable.

After scanning through CD1:
Audio is cam from the start. Lots of hissing and you can hear the audience many times. At some points it is hard to understand what's being said.

Video is cropped to hell, but besides that it's not too bad. It's a bit grainy, but for a cam the colors are pretty sharp.

Overall, a watchable release if you need to see this movie (like me ), but otherwise wait for another release.

As a cam: 6/5

oki,its a cam.so mark it as a cam,not a t/s or a screener. this has an angle,shot from the left hand side.its cropped but colors are good.audio isnt that bad,very faint hiss if you been picky. its hollow becouse its a cam, & to start with seems a bit shit with camera movment,this was filmed in a packed cinema.but its good 1st rls.

this is disgusting its like they were at the back row left side seat, filming it with the camera in the worst position ever. i think the camera man concealed his camera in a box or something and just aimed it at the screen without looking. this is a fine example why never to get first rls of big movies i have a lot of respect for NOX anyways. keep up the rlsing. compeating against the girls (FBC)

movie: heres hoping this is good

The cam itself is watchable, but the movie, well that's debatable. The sound was alittle bit hissy, but it's not that bad. Video, a bit cropped, but still watchable. As for the darkness, the entire movie was filmed in the dark. All the actors are carrying flashlights. It's probably my biggest problem with the movie. We can't see much detail on anything. The movie is just too dark. I really wouldn't blame the cam because everytime an actor shines a flashlight, you can see what's going on. So it's more like it's the movie itself.

Meh, i seen this last night, grabbed first CD this morn, rls is good, not great. Just like the movie.

6 - I could hear everything fine.
7 - Movie was a better video game(s). I was kinda hoping that thing at the very end was going to be the final battle. The movie did however stick to both franchise's roots, which was good.

But one thing thats bugged the piss outta me was all the little kids at the theatre i seen it at. They took 2 bitchin 'R' rated franchise's and made a 'PG' CGI fest geared towards kids.. cheezed out on the kills/gore.. everything you expect from a PG movie

I hope to see this in the theatre if my GF will go (and maybe go alone) but if not will wait till a better release (fan of alien and predator).

I would not spoil the movie by seeing this and wait for better. WAIT!

after some cam adjustments in the first few minutes, the video is sharp most of the time, but angle kinda sucks. since the actual movie is dark all the time, this rls is of course even darker. in some fighting scenes it's pretty hard to tell a predator from an alien or human. overall it's more or less watchable.
audio is good enough to understand everything said (if you turn up the vol loud 'nuff). the cinema was pretty crowded...so there's quite a few "uuuuhhhs, oooohhhhs, daaaaamns" and applause.
the background story was a nice idea. i pretty much agree with the current imdb rating.

OK, video quality is not bad. But it's fullscreen and they didn't even attempt cropping to widescreen. Audio isn't horrible, but it's low. No obnoxious hissing or anything (unlike POT's crap releases). Ain't seen movie yet.

Tells me the guy said its a dvdrip from america, but it gets dark in a few places etc. I just looked at him and laughed... DVD getting dark in a few places? ROFL... yeah, right. Anyway, just had a look, its this release ha!

Video - 4/10 - slightly cropped, very dark, not that great of a CAM
Audio - 4/10 - I could hear it but it seemed hollow and hissy
Movie - ?/10 - probably not going to see it

I've been a fan of NOX for a while but at least they got the first release

Downloaded this one after the fbC release... and it really wasn't worth it.

Video - 3 (Hardly watchable... goes out of focus sometimes, and people keep walking in front of the camera. Actually, I don't think it's cropped as much as fbC's, but this one is MUCH darker.)

Audio - 4 (I could understand the dialogue a little better than fbC's, but there's a bad hiss and constant ruffling. The audience is also audible.)

Movie - 3 (Didn't like the movie. This release does contain a short scene in the beginning that was not in the fbC release -- it runs about a minute long.)

Overall, fbC's is better. If you can't wait, get that one.

meh, typical cam release, but for a cam, the pic is steady, i'm very pleased with that.

Sound, typical for a cam, sounds like yer in a tin can, voices are washed out and such.

And man, isn't hard to tel lthis cam is from a screening in the US.

My question is, do these idiots clapping and yelling during the ENTIRE movie honestly think the actors/directors/aliens can hear them, seriously? If i was i nthat theatre i'da walked out and demanded my money back, and prolly bitch slapped some of the talkers.

Watched it last night, audio can be fixed through a nice receiver except the people talking, pic was pixelated in parts on my 27", other parts were too dark to make things out but for the collector and diehard fans this is the best out of fbc and the ts released by SG18

Quality is decent for this flick downloaded cd1, video is ok audio is quite good for a cam cant rate movie since im gonna go watch in cinema.
