Looks a good release to me, very wide AR, not sure this film would of been made that way, but i dont know.
Pic looks similar to the Cam, but im not sure as i only had the sample of the cam, but it looks very good to me, very watchable.
Sound is good too, clear on most things.

*From a few rars* Sound is spot on. pic is cropped(might be same video as cam,hence the *VCD*in title,)its still cam ,but nice colours,fades around the edges.def best yet.might even be the 1 to watch !!

Video isn't the best quality, but very watchable. It's a little blurry and a very slight flicker, but again, nothing major. Audio is very nice, and has no background noise like a hiss or anything.

nice try FRA but it's stolen from VCDCentral same shaky bit at the start and same bit missing from left hand side for 1st minute

not bad had this a day now and yep its vcd centrals release with direct audio-5/8/6

well from what i know this video wasnt stolen but supplyed to 3 grps FRA coulnd't pre the cam so they held on to let us see it with good audio

Good God! Why is there such a big disparity on the Video rating by members on this board? I see anything from a 4 to a 7. What the hell? The difference between those numbers are short of a turd and close to caviar. Is the video that crappy or that good?

Picture is pretty blurry when it's moving, and a just kinda annoying, I don't really know how to describe it. The sample pics look better than the movie when it's running. Still watchable though if a better release doesn't come out.

99% sure video is vcd centrals , even says in title - vcd .ts . they say in nfo - its a cam , with direct audio, so look at the rls marks for vcd s rls , for the pic scores. they havny svcd this rls thank god.but im sure some rls groups would have,it also leaves it open for a svcd ts to be rls.

stickin to scores up top.

not any better than the rest of the releases.think ill wait on a better one. thanks anyway.

i'll agree with the not so great ar, from what i have seen the audio is spot on and clear.... other than ar video seems decent, colours bleed a bit, but not horrid.. didn't see cam so can't compare sources, but it is quite possible that they come from the same silvers i suppose...

it's not quite possible, it's exactly what happened. Not ragging on anyone who posts here, but most don't know how VCD groups get their video. There are 3 (known) groups that cam their own stuff (and you should know who they are) and then there are the groups like POT, SG18, FRA, etc ... that buy/trade for "NYC silvers." It is extremely possible and probable that the the silver groups get the same video as others ... it's just who codes/releases first/best.

Part of the reason in the change in video rating is what hardware people watch things on. I've watched samples on my 17inch flat samsung and it looked ok, then watched on my 17inch lcd LG monitor and thought it looked better, then theres burning the sample or the first cd to disc and watching it on dvd player and depending on how your tv colors brightness etc it can look better or worse, or streaming it to your xbox or any number of ways to watch a sample. So the numbers people pull out of their asses are pretty general, and really dont mean much, in fact none of these posts mean much other than that i'm supposed to be working and i'm not and really killing time here is worth my hourly wage

Uhm, is it me .. or what. I downloaded this release because the sound was better than the cam .. and after i extracted the bin/cue and viewed them with VLC .. it would stop about 12s into both cds. I was able to fast forward past that part, but if i stopped the fast forwarding and played it, it would not work. It would sit there, frozen - with no audio or video. I re-downloaded several rars over and over .. this didn't help. I burned this release, didn't work in my dvd players either. Viewed the mpegs .. still didn't work. And this shit isn't nuked? WTF! I highly doubt that i'm the only one having this problem, it's just that all of you judge off the sample before you have even downloaded the release...Quality wasn't bad though .. but if it doesn't work, wtf is the point of getting it?

no 12s stops I've seen the prob before
look into updates for your encoder, winrar,tmpeg,vcdgear,ulead, etc. You will be fine.

Having seen the cam version and just got this, same video source, just processed differently. Nice clear audio though which makes this one preferable until a really great TS comes out.

Very small squished Pic..Pretty dark but watchable on TV or with higher brightnes..Sound is excellent..Probably the best release we will see so enjoy it i guess
