Dead Space

My buddy bought this game the weekend it came out. He was telling me how good it is. I went ahead and got it for the pc.

It's getting steller reviews on for the consoles.

I read numerous sites that stated the controls were fucked up on the pc version. I guess that's only if you use a mouse+keyboard, I'm using a 360 madcatz controller and the control is just fine.

I just got to where the transport blows up, and I'm really enjoying the game. So far it's rather good.

I figured a game of this caliber people on here would be talking about it.

Check this game out, so far I'd highly recommend it.

You can get this game on the 360, ps3, and PC.

I also got guitar Hero Aerosmit today, Haven't installed it. I'm also getting Fallout 3 since I hear that should be a good game, Eh who knows.

I have yet to burn it, but shall be doing so as soon I can clear up enough space (i.e. to be able to extract it!)! Aerosmith is a fun game and Fallout 3 is fun, but very hard.

Ive had Guitar hero aerosmith for a while , there's some good tracks on it although it was lacking alot of the most well well known songs which was disappointing. Would've like to have had Crazy , Crying and a few others on there.

Don't bother with it. You'll never ever in a million years play this game. It's just not your cup of tea. It's not a multiplayer, nor is it an FPS game.

I will say this though. When your walking toward the morgue and you see a female that's probably dead slicing some guy up, and the closer you get to her she's looking back at you and then she slices her own throat that's just sick, the game gives you an uneasy feeling.

The enviornment, and the atmosphere is spot on in this game. When you kill enemies in Zero Gravity it's awesome.

If you do play this game Clandyman get a Mad Catz 360 controller, You can't play this game with a keyboard & mouse.

I just finished playing some James Bond and I must say it's quite fun! The game is fast-paced and plays pretty smoothly. The graphics are nothing special, but the gameplay is decent and it makes for a good time (so far!)!

You're best bet would probably be Dead Space.

Tomb Raider: Underworld comes out in November. Can't wait.

Ordered! I had some Amazon vouchers to use up and decided to use some of them on this game but accidently placed the order without adding the vouchers which means I've got another £40 to spend on another game now. I doubt my missus will believe that though.

So many great games coming out at the moment and i'm so bloody rooked.
I'm seriuosly thinking about geting my Elite flashed.
It has the falcon chipset with a benq drive.
Reading up on it.This looks like a good combination to have.
But still not very confident,
The 3 year guarantee microsoft gives for the rrod now is keeping me back awell.

I had a flashed 360 before but got rrod and tried every way to fix it but it was fucked,

With this NXE coming out on the 19th.I might wait a bit.

I'll end up having too many games again and won't play any of them.

Besides the time I finish one of these new games the others will be down in price.
Just seen Dead Space for £15 cheaper on shopto (uk) so that's not so bad.

That's not a bad idea at all. You wouldn't need an HDD in that case, just the mem card. What is involved in flashing a shitbox to play back ups?

the new liteon drives have to be replaced with another drive which costs about £50 here in the uk.

If I was to do it then I would flash the elite and buy an arcade for originals.

but I'm not going to.

I'm still gonna get my wii modded though.
Been looking at that wii clip v12 and the d2sun v3 chip

looks easy enough to install

You're so wack. How often do people get banned from LIVE anyways? I believe I have mentioned this before, but I do not think that anybody has got banned since iXtreme 1.4 came out (i.e. FOREVER AGO). I know people that have been playing GoW2 and every other game that comes out on LIVE and have NOT been banned! Get some balls Para. You can still buy the games that you really want, and download the ones you may only pick up and play once.

I'm on Chapter 11 on Dead Space, and I gotta say there is some repetition in the game, but I guess that's to be expected. So far the game is rather bad ass though despite a few flaws.

Enjoying it so far. The graphics are excellent, the sound is amazing and the story is something we've all seen a million times before (at least in chapter 1) but it's still good to immerse yourself in it in a next-gen gaming environment.

Had the lights off and the headphones on last night. Made me jump in a few places which is always good (mainly a volume thing but definitely unnerving in a few places - particularly with the ambient noises).

Only on chapter 1 at the moment as only had about 20 minutes free but will definitely get back on it again tonight.

Still only on chapter 2 - I was away on Fri/Sat at a company party (free hotel in London, champagne, cocktails, beer, wine and food

) so didn't really get a chance to play it too much.

Half way through chapter 2 myself now, fuckin missed what key to use the gravity jump (God damn Y key with aim mode) but figured it out after 10 minutes. Thought I forgot to pickup something in the area that was open to vacuum lol and must of went back and forth 5 times!

Great game so far especially at night with the lights out.
