THe pic is a little bright, but definiately watchable 7/7/? However, it is excellent for a week pre!

NOOOOOO!!!! I had this on a site before it was posted and was viewing sample and people beat me to posting.. Sniffle i wanted to be the first . Sample is grainy and clear pixexation on movement. Sounds is good.... IF you can handle pixels go for it... if not wait.

One of the nicest Telesync's i've seen in a LONG time. Better than alot of CTP and TCF Ts's even. Really Nice work HJS and a perfect day for a good new movie to come out, MAD SNOW!

Ok i want to repost. People here are either stupid newbs who havent yet viewed the sample, or on crack. There is good color and sound, but a decent flicker. Not to mention whenever the folks move you see huge pixelation. Dont post less you seen the sample or movies please.

Thx HJS!!...VERY decent ts, lots of colour. Sound is very clear and understandable.

I love that line in the trailer: "I'm a gunfighter, raised by a family of gun fighters." Awesome. I'll definitely be checking this out.

I think it is great. When you put it on the VCDs and on a TV it looks MUCH better. All releases do TV has much less resolution so it will look better

Yep, 2nd page and this is the FIRST POST to comment that the movie appears to end prematurely. Not sure (yet) how much is cut off, but I've heard that WE DON'T FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS!

If this is true, it's a major fuckup by HJS.

Ending and A/V rating

I too was a little concerned about the ending. It is nice when at least the credits begin rolling, even for a second or two. However, it did seem the logical ending of the movie where it does end, but still... Otherwise, the audio and video were excellent. The movie was great too, with alot of suspense and Kurt Russell is good as well.

For those who care I repacked this myself to get rid of vertical anamorphic stretching and turned it from 1.85:1 to 2:35:1.

I converted bins to mpgs and with tmpgenc, reencoded each CD using the VCD PAL template and a 16:9 625 line (PAL) Source Aspect Ratio. Turned out perfect!

It's a malaysian silver, so I guess they won't be ownin' unless the asians keep it up with this quality. Silvers actually do pretty well during the summer season, I've noticed that almost every summer for the past 2-3 years there are quality silvers.

no. that is not true. last summer sucked. summer 01 was good. summer 01 = asian silvers owned the scene.

SECONDLY, there are 2 forms of asian silvers. one you get straight from the source (before it goes into the streets), these are always unsubbed. the 2nd is after the subbs get hardcoded and the reel gets used and mistreated over and over again.

Nice release..I like "bad cop" movies, and this one was pretty good. Nice pic and sound, only complaint i have, is my disk 2 was out of sync, i didn't notice anyone else commenting on this, so maybe i just had a bad burn. I really didn't notice it being out of sync until about half way through disk 2.
