best rls to date although I got a sample for

SuperMan.Returns.2006.READ.NFO.TS.XviD-CaMFX

and it looks a little better than this rls but is missing 30 seconds of footage.

Regarding this rls I think its a fairly deacent cam going off what I saw while flicking through the disks on xbmc

The quality of this release is nice. its all good...till u realize the camera moves through the WHOLE film. they claim its homemade, but as did SaGa in the past we never know the true source. this is shit due to the camera movement, otherwise the release would have been fine...not overcropped as stated in nfo.

We need a MAVEN for this

There's 10 minutes at least missing On the xvid The whole plane scene from when superman flies to it to save it is missing. 30 secs my ass the total runtime on these copys is 2hr 12 mins when i saw this at the drive in it was like alot longer than this the runtime is 154 minutes with credits and about 2hrs 28mins long without them.

downloaded first cd of this and the plane scene is there so maybe this one will turn out ok

Havent seen the movie yet but the sample looks decent

Well just got done watching the whole rls of this...

First off I say thanks to XanaX for this rls.

Video - 6

Well its a touch dark in spots but not bad. Video is pretty good except I think the guy with the cam couple times was falling asleep cause i seen half of the ceiling in some spots.. just for a little bit.. Other than that pretty good.

Audio - 7

First 2 cd's was really good...not to much background noise just a touch at the beginning. Good bass and treble. IMHO really good for a cam. The 3rd cd goes out of sync :-( but hey I still finished watching it just cause it was a good movie and the first good rls.

Movie - 9

Mix of the old superman and all the nice special efx of today and a new touch of new superman. Really good movie cant wait for a SuperRelease !!!

Final thoughts... XanaX you guys did really do a good job except for the audio sync problems on the 3rd cd. I want to say thank you for putting this rls out and keep em coming. We all know you cant control the cam guy so I think most of us understand the cropping and ar. You guys did the best with what ya had to work with. I would like to see you guys do a repack of the 3rd cd with the audio sync fixed. Other than that nothing wrong with this release.

If you have been waiting to see this movie and arent to worried about the audio being a touch out of sync on the 3rd cd this release is worth getting.. If your one of those picky rls bashers who have to have perfection... well simply go watch it at the movies.

Third CD cuts off way before the end of the film. It's also only 35MB. Nuke for incomplete.

Had to re-encode CD3 with an audio shift of 570 in TMPG Enc Express. Came out perfectly. CD2 got out of sync near the end too.

Yea, the cropping is the best part of it. Nicely fits the audio is alright

damn shame... isn't it... another worthless release... i hope one day for a watchable version of this... this is so crap it should be nuked it's incomplete... missing sections... audio troubles... but you would think perhaps they'd release an at least watchable version.

i like the old days when you read a review and damn it was accurate... & the group name actually meant something


it was no bullshit...perhaps its time... these groups who all they do is waste our time and our bankwidth nuke the release and nuke the group...

How you all doing i have heard that there is some bits missing from this rls can any one confirm if so i will wait for the mighty maven later dudes

well theres a fair bit missing from the camfx version, i watched the camfx version and lots missing

i havent heard of any problems with this, only heard about sync problems with cd3, but i looked at cd3 and the sync is probly out by about a quarter of a second so its basically nothing

good film, i would say

Why the fuck is it taking so long for someone to release a good version

Watched the Xanex one last night.

Video - 7. After the first shitty release this one almost seemed like a dream as it is way better. However, near the end of the 1st CD and the 2nd CD the cam does indeed move to where you can see a good portion of the ceiling. Not only that, but the cam sits at an odd angle throughout the entire movie and is slightly cropped, but by no means bad. Definitely watchable.

Audio - 5. I had to listen to this in headphones so I definitely could hear a lot more background noise than I would've had I listened to this through TV speakers or surround sound. There is also a hissy/windy sound throughout most of it, but it is not distracting. Audio is out of sync near the end of the 2nd CD and the 3rd CD, but not bad. Not really bad enough to trash it. Still good, but not great.

Movie 9. I thought it was fantastic. Well done all around. The guy who plays Superman sounds so much like Christopher Reeves it is uncanny. Lois Lane wasn't the greatest, but ok. Parker Posey did a great job as well as Kitty.

The Maven release is out now and looks good. Video and audio is definitely better than this making it the best version out yet...but I only got to view a sample thus far...so don't quote me just yet.
