I thought a REAL telecine already pred of this movie. Oh yeah, thats right that was just BRAVEHEART re-encoding and trying to fool us all with the dvdscr. course same could be said in recent past of this very group with the whole TC/TS phase. Anyhow, from sample, looks like best copy yet nice deep bass full sound clean pic. Too bad this movie is pretty terrible.

I was hoping Asteroids would do a TC for Superman Returns. There still hasn't been a good release of it. Oh well, hopefully they'll do it for their next release. Good job Asteroids.

Good copy, TC"s always beat out TS's. Eventhough Maven has brought out some great Ts's that are close to TC's ala Cars, even MY Super Ex Girlfriend which looked clear, TC's still rule the show. I just miss the days of getting them quick when Saosin and TUN were around to do them! Ehhhhhhh

Anyways ok, this is the best out there - 9 video, 8 sound, 1 movie. Sorry but I really, really hated this movie. It just cannot compare to part 1 or part 2 for that matter and part 2 was pretty lousy. But from the box office disappointment, I am sure Paul Walker is having his last laugh cause he knew it was gonna suck without him or Diesel completely in the movie as diesel only was in the flick for about 45 seconds!

THis movie sucked. Little Bow Wow should not be acting!

As someone allready said: hard to believe this is a TC, they could have labelled this as a screener...
The video is clean and sharp, the sound is good (little bit out of sync but you won't even notice it, the only thing I noticed is the distortion in the sound during a few secs at the end of the movie).
The movie is not that bad (but not comparable to the first two), it's just simple entertaining.

This is a beautiful telecine and the audio is direct and clear with a good frequency range,lots of bass.
On a tv this looks almost like DVD quality.
One of the best telecines ever released.

Picture is pristine, but the sync is out enough to be noticeable for me. I think it actually gets slightly more noticeable near the end. Look at the scene where he's talking to the yakuza kids father. Apart from that, a great release.

also noticed on the yakuza race with the yakuza's son that the audio is the same as mavens due to the "brush on microphone" sound for about 30 seconds which spoiles the audio. shame though

Adjusted sync -95ms and it seems to be pretty much spot-on.
