little light, but i would much rather have lite then dark. sound is ok

I hope this movies good got the sample looks good you can run it through some filters make it a little darker yourself or just wait till the end of the day for a reencode or somthin but good rls ftf

I'm anti-ftf too but that sure as hell wouldn't stop me from downloading a good quality release whenever they make one. Too bad they get good quality on a total piece of shit movie. What a dissapointment i thought this movie was going to be all time but it turned out to be pure shit. Oh one thing to remind you that's a ftf release though, people getting up and walking. Other then that a very good release. 7/7/0!! yes 0 the movie was that bad!

I liked this movie personally and the quality was pretty damn good.

nothing wrong with this quality at all, unless your a picky sob, if you are, go to the movies, they have candy and popcorn there

Quality is not all that bad....

But I think I'll wait for another release to really get into the movie

Hmm, I saw the sample, video quality isnt bad, the bright picture is basically a necessity with this movie....since it is SO fucking dark. Audio isnt bad either, definately good enough to listen to without getting a headache. But....the movie, ugh, I think I might have been expecting too much from it, or maybe it was just the fact that the move was an entire peice of shit. I was seriously about ot ask for my money back, but decided not too since it was $3.75 matinee. The plot was extremely unoriginal, and the way the movie began...c'mon, can we get a break here, we just start off with some guy walking into a subway and dying, wow. The way the movie was shot with the lighting made every scene look like it was shot in hell, yes, it was that dark of a movie. The torture scenes, wow, I think I'll stick to rotten.com....although I do think many of the other people in the theater were freaked out by it (damn TV always desensitizing my brain). The cast wasn't bad, considering it appeared of consist of 4-5 people. There was only 1 redeeming factor for this movie in my opinion, and that was the special effects (considering the movie relies 100% on the special effects), the video scenes were done well. All in all, I was VERY dissapointed with this movie, I had some love for 'The House on Haunted Hill', another one of the director's works, but this movie didn't scare me at all, as a matter of fact, the only thing that scared me was that I wasted 2 hours of my life seeing this shit.

As for this release. Video was a little bright/misty like and the sound was 'rainy like' at points, other than that nothing to complain about really. Little pixelized.
Movie was a let down, storyline was quite good really but could have been filmed a bit better, overall not a bad movie, but still a let down from what i expected of it.

Worth the download tho. 6/6/7

Video: 6 - Colors were completely washed out in the scenes that there should have been some color and many of the scenes were so dark that you find yourself staring at a black screen and only listening to the movie (and no, turning up the brightness on the tv or whatever you are watching it on does not help one bit).

Audio: 5 - I found the audio not as great as most people have thought. I found that in many scenes there was a lot of background noise (like cars while they are drvining or just humming in the subway) and this bg noise almost completely removed the conversations that were supposed to occur in those scenes... But, all in all, that sound wasn't all that terrible here. We can all guess just from the trailer for this movie that the script wasn't going to be the most important part of the storyline, so if you're just looking to get the gist of this movie to say that you saw it then this rls will suffice, otherwise wait for another imho.

Movie: 5 - I'm not a big fan of this kind of movie, but in comparison to others in the genre I would still say the movie is only about par.

There is something about a release having a decent video, with a little color, that makes a bad movie seem a little better...

A great movie can seem shitty with bad video...

the pic is good 7/8/6..Movie was rather thrilling not the greatest. Pic is ok but they still need to work out a few things w that new cam.yes they did buy 1 (cough same as uknowwho cough) so just like wen they did there firsts they werent there best..better shall come from ftf im sure...svcd ts all the way :P

new to the forum , getting this film on monday, been looking forward to it , is it any good or what

Watchable ? Yes . I would give this realease a 5/5/? . I havent watched it yet but check the quality ( just burned it ) .

First off, I gotta say this movie was really boring. As for the quality of this release, the pic is bright as you've heard by now, during the first disk you get to see those people who like to play musical chairs. I saw the same guy walk across 4 times. In some scenes the pic is dark and you cant see what's going on. As for the audio it's okay. Overall I give it 5/5/1.

well seeing all these comments about it being "too light" i was just wondering, how many of you have brightness and contrast controls on your tv's!

i swear if you were handed a bucket of gold you would bitch about how heavy it is.

now i am going to go get this release, it might be an ftf it might be another the only thing that will actually make up my mind on it is when i start it, which one has the fattest pipes sending it to me.

don't no what happened tp my last commit, but i got this movie last night, and i think the picture was crap, looked a good movie but the quailty is shit. what ever happened to the good stuff, like spiderman. that was outstanding , burt some of these new movie's the quailty has been shit.

Movie worth seeing!!!!!!

Saw this movie at the theatre and it is a dark movie, a lot of the scenes were difficult even at the theatre....... got a lot of action and suspence though......... overall i was not disappointed with this movie......... as soon as another version becomes available im gonna snatch it up so i can watch it again............ peace

A little bright but that is good with horror releases. they usually are too dark. the overall movie was a waste but that has nothin to do with the release group. :-)

guys, I wouldn't say the Fear dot Com is a good release. I mean, it is the first release of this movie. But the Quality is very poor. t is to bright. But that is not a big problem. But the picture looks strange and you can't see well. Also the sound is not good.
