Not a PR stunt. He has been there 10 weeks, the newspapers and media agreed not to report it until the end of his tour. He would have been there another 2 months if word hadn't got out.

When his troop were due to go to Iraq there was a huge debate about whether he should be allowed to go. They decided not to allow him to go. Then they got this agreement from the Press to shut the fuck up and he was allowed to go to Afghanistan.

Personally I'm disgusted by Harry's obvious hatred of minorities! Members of our royal family are supposed to set an example for their subjects to follow, much like Prince Philip, and reading this almost made me drop my copy of The Guardian in disbelief...
