Holy shit, I'd advise users to stick with the CTP TS. There are 3 HUGE watermarks, faded colors, slightly pixelated and also the same motion blur problem as with most of VideoCD's encodes. Sound is ok, 6/7/5.

sound is very good! picture is fine if you watch in standalone and site a bit away from tv screen.. dont see why you guyz bash about watermarks.. dont like it.. wait till someone else rls the retail..

Nope, Actually seen the sample, and those letters are annoying. What a Waste really, it's a nice release, props to VideoCD for a quick screener release, but honestly who wants to watch a movie with all the tags on the screen taking up most the picture area.

CTP's version is just as clear, colorful, and complete, without all the biga$$ letters on the screen, I will be stickin with CTP's Release.

Well I think CTP's was clearer. It was bluer and darker though, but I would still take that over this... These watermarks are TERRIBLE! Stick with CTP, until a DVDSCR/DVDRip (yeah it is a LONG ass way away, but it will be better)

Just got the Sample, its not bad quality for VideoCD, sound is nice picture quality is good too! but i will stick with CTP rls for now

Would be a great screener if it didn't have such huge watermarks, I'd take the CTP release over this one b/c of that. Other than that the sound and video are good... 6/7/4

the watermarks arent "terrible" they are so easily ignored...watch the sample and you would see that.
Pic is very slightly blurry and a little pixelated, audio is near perfect. Very nice job on the quick screener to.

They could have tried to blur at least 1 or 2 watermarks and they could have internaled it so when another group does get a good copy it won't be nuked as dupe. That's what they could have done, the source is horrible and they should have known better.

Just watched the sample, and like everyone else has said, the watermarks are hell. Other than that, good image quality, and great audio. (the sample has that Eminem song though.. bleh). Widescreen, too, so that's a bonus.

I already sat through the Centropy Telesync though, so I'm not going to waste my time again with this. Maybe if a clean screener comes out soon, but otherwise....

Hmm... quality isn't great it gets pixelated at times, but considering it is widescreen I wonder if WB did their own telecine, then it got copied to a VHS? Whoever gets a real screener can just call it a proper so it is not a dupe. But props to VideoCD on the rls. I'll give it a 5(cuz of watermarks)/7/6

Um...where to start? Good job gettin' it done early! But, nah, I'm not too sure about the quality of this thing. I sat through the Centropy, didn't like the movie, but the eminem song rox! Action is pretty good, but the story is lame, and as I've said, DMX should be worryin' on his rap game and not his acting. He won't be a good actor, that graspy voice pisses me off in a movie, but not as much in rap. Also, he should stop smokin' so much pot!

my point was why release a watermark plagued screener when there was a sweet telesync out a few weeks before. Like i said i knew i would get flamed but my point is valid, dont release a screener filled with watermarks and bad video when a earlier group released a better version.

The bigger the TV, the bigger the watermark LOL. napalm you had a good point but there is a difference between releasing a good screener after a TS like TCF/RSP releases versus releasing what probably is a workprint/telecine with huge annoying watermarks plague'ing the video. Even good sound can't save this release.

if its being nuked for bad quality,and the fact is this screener is just plain annoying bigger tv or not (just means bigger watermarks) my advice is dont dl this, the ctp telesync is better thats all i was tryin to say, no i am not a CTP member just a vetran who know noone wants to watch screeners filled with 15 different watermarks, on top of the fact the quality is that of a 2nd gen vhs, simply put dl the CTP version if u can, if you have no other option get this.

Flames or not i have lived in hell all my life a few more wont hurt.

yes buuuuut VCDs cant have THX or DD sound....at least i dont think so...that being said the SCR sound *usually* tromps on Telesync sound.....

as for this one, i agree with the TS from that one group being better, if simply for the lack of watermarks....the movie its self, mindless action, little plot, entertaining, but not mindblowing

VHS screeners usually always have tons of Watermarks. Anyone wonder why Warner Bros. put the Watermarks all over the screen?
