Ladder 49 - CAM - POT

From sample: The picture is slightly dark, seems to be cropped a lot, but it's nicely done, not much of the picture is missing from what i can see. Not as blurry as their last cam (Shall We Dance?). Sound is very hollow though, but you can still understand what is being said. When an action scene comes on in the sample .. audio gets very very loud, almost too loud, but like i said, you can still understand it. It's just hard at certain times.

I'll get this and watch it tonight. Maybe some other group will put out some effort and go for a nice SVCD TS?, instead of making us depend on two groups (being POT/maVen) in general. hehe

Props for the fast release, POT. Great Speeds!

Based from Sample:

This release, is watchable if you are dying to see this movie. It is Fuzzy and grainy. The audio is on the low side during the chat scene. As Vip3r says above, its hollow and does get loud during action scene.

I would wait for a better quality release, but if you are dying to see the flick, grab it.

Well, based on the sample, I give it a 5/5/?. The picture is a bit dark, and well the audio you can atleast tell what their saying. This is not the worst POT ive seen by far ;p. Good job on speed. But like many, I'll wait for a better release.

good cam. Video is dark, but its clear atleast, sound is normal cam stuff hollow but its not that bad. only watched sample so far

Man this is a movie i have been dying to see. I predict a swift SVCD TS maVen by Monday or Tuesday. Anyways, pic is dark and sound is audible but hollow. Cropped definitely more than Wimbeldon and this is loaded with action and fire effects of course, I just can't bear to watch this CAM. Sorry,I'll hold off for now.
Mega props to POT again though for such a speedy watchable first pre!!

i just wish these guys can start camming there on flix instead of buying them from the streets.. they could'nt get it right when they was doing the tapes and they not going to get it right doing the dvd's.. by the way the quality sux

I think its an avarage quality cam... not great but not too bad either. Sound is a bit fuzzy but otherwise good. Looks decent enough with xbmc.

from what i saw on the sample, it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't good either. Pot's are always the first to come out with videos more or less. Just wish they would take more time to make a decent movie. Audio can be good, and video crap, or vice versa. Maybe need better equip? If you put more effort into it, you could be on top like Maven. Keep up the good work though, but don't rush it.

I'm going to download the rls no matter. I want POT to know they have love and are very much appreciated. Like everyone else, wish they could do more TS's like they did on PD2. Still, he's the first and will always be the first.

Video is a bit rough, but it's a dark movie with fire, so what do you expect. Various people walk through the shot, if it matters. Sound was very hollow (and not direct) but cranking up the bass made it surprisingly better. Movie was a bit slow at parts and very predictable, but I liked it overall. Now that I think about it, I wonder if I saw a "343" during the movie somewhere (for NYFD 9/11). Would have been a nice touch if that's the case.

Nine times out of ten you all review these releases "based from sample." Hell, samples could come from anywhere and not even be from the actual release. And with samples being so easy to get, do we really need reviews of them? I sure would like to see some intelligent critique of the entire release once in a while. I know it's asking a lot to get something "intelligent" from this crowd, but that's just my wish for the day. My two cents, which I'm well aware nobody cares about.

Been almost a week and no other version so far. Just watched part of CD1. I'm sorry i'm sure its fine for most, but this is NOT one of the POT's better CAMS as of late. Still rocks and props on the release, but its way too dark and sound is very difficult and hollow to hear in parts. The movie looks awesome. I'm shocked. Four or Five versions of Shark Tale and only one for Ladder 49. Oh well, if u need to see i suggest the theatre first, but this is far from the worst CAM ever..

Decent video.. audio was hollow, sometimes hard to hear... and THE ENDING WAS CUT TOO SHORT... The movie was OK.. nothing great.. probably would have been more enjoyable with a better audio source, however none of this is POT's fault.. you can't be picky when your just buying this shit off a NYC street corner and ripping it... and for those of you who doubt or fail to understand.. almost EVERYTHING PoT releases can be bought on on NYC street corner a day or so before they rip it and release it.. I have a friend in NY who buy's this stuff off the street every week... he had the same copy of Taxi missing 20 - 30 minutes a little over three days ago.. so you peeps need to get it in your head.. POT does NOT cam their own shit..they just rip what they can find... so get over it.

sorry, but they are nothing more than a silver release group... that's how shit like Taxi and Cookout get released missing footage...and never propered because they don't have the missing parts to put back in and repack it...

kinda hard to get missing parts for something you never cammed yourself.
