The Pacifier - TELESYNC - STN

Not bad , this reminds me of the UTi CAM/TS's they produced just before they retired.

Colors and Crop are great , picture is there just blocky. Sound is jack not DTS , good ol` fashion TELESYNC !

(looks better on standalone then comp)

Bets on who stips the audio and adds it to a NYC Silver for an SVCD TS?

audio isnt bad at all... video is washed out grey and dull.

I dunno what to say, some ppl bitching audio or video maybe they should have keep it to themself and you should have kept the cobra or pot copy, you know the one ultra too dark where you don't seee shit and you can't read shit, ho and yes, i forgot to say the one where you don't ear nothing ...


The audio is spot on, very good audio, might not be dts but man, prolly the best audio till dts-2 is cracked ( wich i think will take a while )

As for the video, i don't know why guys you complaining about,t he blockynest is maybe due to mpeg1 encode on fast action scene ? as for the rest, perfect release.

compared to most TS this is awesome perfect AR all around just download the first file and you will see when company logos are on. Audio for not being DTS is dam good as well. Hope STN does more like this one. What a difference from there Be Cool release.

well this is worth the download, give STN their props...the video is very very damn clear...this whole dark b.s being mention is just that..b.s. Video is fine and the AR/Cropping is great near perfect for a telesync. Audio is really strong..and loud.....nice job.

alot of people are comparing this to the uti cams..ok first off you must be mistaking this for the pot released which was dark at the bottom and was indeed a cam...this is a different version....
Totally different source and a great TELESYNC not CAM!!!!!

the only plea i have is that saosin trys to get this flick (but gets there crop and zoom rite ) i really have high hopes for them,i finally finished downloading it,mad props to this release, the sound isnt bad at all , whoeveer said it was bad oviously has there stereo turned up so loud there ampliefier is distorting the sound istelf. great job guys.

On to the release, this was a great release of this flick. Picture is right on although a bit blocky. Audio although not DTS was perfect. Looks great on the TV - grab this release if you are looking to watch this flick. Too bad Be Cool couldn't have been of this quality.

Overall, decent Telesync with direct audio. Not comparing to other groups, since that's not what this section is for, just for rating it as a VCD TS.

Looked good on my stand alone. Video is a little washed out and blockly, but I've seen worse.

Rating from watching the entire rls

Video - excellent colors, very bright. is an extreme advancement over STN's last effort with Be Cool, so well done STN . Very minor cropping, didn't notice any tilt at all in particular. Minor qualm on the blockiness, but its definately not that bad!
Also there is a moment mid way through CD2 where someone steps infront of the camera and at almost exactly the same moment another person near the front row also stands and blocks the picture. Both of these are a couple of seconds at most.

Audio - Nice and clear, not the best audio ive heard. As IRC_Moviefan says, is old school Telesync. Is good throughout apart from a couple of moments when it goes out completely for a second or so, and near the end of CD2 it dips and seems to be low, close to inaudible.

Movie - was pleasantly surprised, after pretty much writing this one off coming up to its release, its actually a very enjoyable family film.
Contains some decent scenes of action too! The family is pretty loveable and Vin Diesel adapts well to being the nanny, albeit in a military sort of way. Not high on laughs, but enjoyable none the less.

I watched the entire movie on my 65 inch HDTV and the quality was very good. A few scenes were a little pixalated, and the audio had one loud spot near the very beginning and a few spots right near the end, the audio drops off and you can actually hear the real ( or tape or source ) actually start up again. All in all this was a very watchable copy.

8/9/8.. and as for it being nuked, your an idiot if you want to nuke it.. it doesn't skip or anything like that.. damn people now-a-days are nuke happy.

overall, not a bad copy. video is good, audio sounds good, but there are a few spots on cd2 that it is out of sync. the part where they are practicing for a play on stage, the producer guy(the homo from kids in the hall) talks and the audio is noticably off. it does correct itself however after a few minutes. other than that a good copy

oh, and there are 2 people walking in the camera about 26 minutes into cd2

If STN could put out more TSs and keep this kind of quality. They would then truly represent their name. This is a good release with clear and nice colored video. The sound is on and has good push, I can hear it well and clear. Thanks guys lets continue and put the legends everyone begs and whines about on the back burner.

Did anyone notice a sync issue with both discs? I was on my stand alone and had a sync issue 1/2 way on disc 1 and all on disc 2. If not, then maybe my player is crapping out.

Video: OK some blurryness
Sound: wtf video is correct 1/2 into the first cd the sound went out of sync and was out of synce all through CD2. I had 9 different people check it on 6 different dvd players even tried a reburn three times and it was the same.

hmm, what do u want for free. we are the classic case of beggars being choosey

Finally got around to watching this one and i must say i was very impressed that this was done only as a VCD TS and NOT an SVCD. Cropping is very good, very slight angle if at all, and no heads popping in, Colors are sharp and the Sound is spot on. Only flaw that i saw was the audio quiets down and even goes out for about 30sec right at the end of the film. Perfectly watchable and better than i thought it would be. Still scores high on the cheese o rama meter, but mega props to STN on the release

Video - Some Slight motion Blur, video is a little dark, and lacks some color, other then that its nice

Sound - Nice sound, nice Full Volume, not Quite as nice as DTS but still good!

Movie - Crap, does every guy that does tough guy film, do atleast one film where its a comedy and they have to protect a family!
