just saw sample video was rather dark and sound was just a lil bit tingy think i'll wait for a proper or TC

From the sample:

Video; Grainy, cropped like a mofo, good colors though.
Audio: Dual mono, not much of a hiss at all but very flat

from sample, decent colors, sound not to bad for a vcd,looks very watchable

I just grabbed the sample to compare to POT's version; if you have already downloaded it keep it. This release is about the same. I wont be grabbing this one since I have the first release already. I'll wait on a nice TS or even better a TC. From sample....

yeah, i'm gonna have to agree with PhreaK..if you have the POT release, stay with it..and if not get this one or wait for a professional telesync =p .. anyways this release has crisp colors and better sound, just a little hiss to it though (as stated in the nfo)

Scary movie

i thought it was a very watchable movie. The only hiss i saw was in the beginning of the movie for about 30-45 seconds. Then it actually didn't even sound like hiss was there. A tad bit of distortion, and the sounds like said before is really flat.

video is cropped, but the colors do look really nice on my 32" wega tv.

Actually on compair of both - both have same sound but ThP did clean up the picture more , 12% brightness 2% contast helped so if you really want to see this now that ThP is out ... *if* you can get it , get that copy.


No interest in seeing this movie ... have friends who watched it and they said it was a waste of time ......... very boring

you want a rating give it the same at the pot one..since all thp seems to do is take other people's silvers and tmpgenc them to make little touch up. you would think people would have caught on to that now..they've done it to so many releases..

Torque, Godsend, Man of Fire, Envy...and then they release it as there own telesync...same damn copy...with adjustments..

Keep pots.

ThP release is better of the 2 but not by much so wooppee do if its nuked who gives a shit, i for one would watch a nuked version that is better than another version cos in my mind its about the quality (hence VCDQUALITY.com) rather than we did it first so we are best.

Besides VideoCD will probably release in a day or so to blow it all away and where will your special little info file POT vs ThP fit into that scenario ?????

both discs came up to 98 minutes but imdb puts film at 130 minutes not 32 mins of credits lol

Does this compair to alot of SVCD TS grps like VideoCD, Centropy, TCR? Nah and we're not even going to try and compair us to them. This should tide the leechers over untill an SVCD TS or SCREENER gets released.

Looks like POT doesnt even compair themselfs in the same leage as VideoCD but rather put out a copy for everyone to watch untill VideoCD or whoever else drops a SVCD TS. Looking at previous record of releases from them its either CAM or VCD TS leaving the door and option open for other groups to still release a nicer SVCD TS.

If you read that info nfo you would also realise that POT gave ThP major props for the nice copy they released, just gave them shit for mislabeled CAM.

Speak for yourself , POT has done every major & LiMiTED movie in last couple of weeks. Do you see Fahrenheit.9.11.SVCD.TELEYNC-VideoCD yet? No it doesnt exist only copy is Fahrenheit.911.CAM-POT . So without them (cause i wasnt paying to see a movie made about an american president when im canadian) i still wouldnt know what the hype was about. They aint got that much to brag about? Seems their smoking in the CAM / VCD TS dept.

IMO watched about 10 min of it. Video quality isn't that great. I would just wait for VideoCD to release a copy, but I heard that this movie won't be out in France till August which is where VideoCD is based.

Yeah... There's plenty of French-speaking nations out there, plus the notion that any major group is "based in" any particular country is wrong, from personal experience I find most groups are arranged in "clusters" of people in a few countries. Gujuunit was half right, but it would be more accurate to say that VideoCD is sourcing video from a French-speaking country.

Oh, I suppose I'd better review the release as well, otherwise I've contributed fuck all to this thread...

Is it any good ? It's getting pretty favourable reviews in here but elsewhere it's being slated

movie is crap. No match to the other period epics.

This King Arthur story is dry and boring. Merlin almost takes a back seat, the love triangle b/w Lancelot, Guinevere, Arthur is non existent, and there is a kinda amateurish feel to the entire production, surprising since it's Bruckheimer.

And there is like 20 minutes missing from this particular release.

its fine to watch, and the audio is undeniably of a direct source, thus making this a TS.

havent bothered getting the pot version to compare to but it doesnt matter, the nukeing reason, imho, was wrong.

This film should of been nuked for missing scenes, this is something ive never understood from rls groups.... why rls a movie thats got bits cut out?

The film is wank anyway, utter waste of time.

God what is the deal with these cam's this one was basically garbage i deleted it once i watched the first five mins, Personally i dont know why they even release a VCD, they should only be releasing a SVCD of the new releases, because im not going to ruin the movies by watching a cam that looks like shit, and would end up making me hate the movie, Come on VideoCD or Centropy or someone with skillz show these fools how its done
