Superb quality, nothing bad to say about it when scanning thru. The only interesting things is it look like a timer is cropped at the bottom of the screen, you can see a few pixels jumping around like a counter. Could mean a workprint instead of a TC.

Way to steal from a russian release and slap on some audio. Real skillfull!!!!

How do NBP / ASteroids / SEPTIC / PUKKA / half the other groups in the scene do it.

WHy are these groups looked up to when all they do is steal russian releases and sync to english audio???? Who knows. Used to be called stealing a source, now its just common place in the scene

Anyone else seeing sync issues around the 10-15min mark ?

Tried in BSPlayer/VLC/WMP all mis-syncing the same

yes it goes out of sync there.... at around 50 minutes it goes out of sync again for about 4 minutes

u will also see the video stop at a few points but its nothing major...

the sync problem is the only issue but at least it recovers


hahah at 1hr 2 minutes it goes to Russian lasts about 30 - 40 seconds

this is a great release. .i hardly noticed anything worth writting home about.few glitches thats it great effort Hustle.

as mentioned above there are multiple audio issues on this rls that should warrant a nuke (not to mention the audio is from a cam with laughs and shit).. and that russian overlaid audio was pretty funny .

Couldn't fit this onto a cd so put it on a dvd r/w to watch on my stand alone.

Great effort but needs a repack.

Video (9) - Not HUSTLE's source but actually KiNOFACK's TC.
Audio (5) - Saga's cam audio? And yet they can't even sync that correctly..
Movie - Still Watching...

It would help if they could actually get their own direct audio instead of using other groups. Expect another release in a few days with proper audio, I would guess so anyway...

I think it is a pretty nice release. The Video is excellent, the audio is decent and at least the audio issues (sync, russian/english) only last minutes at most each time. This release is easily watchable. The one thing i am confused about, is i was under the impression that Scene rules never clearly state that a TC MUST have direct audio. I didnt think that was a nuke reason as TC means direct video source. But o well. I'll watch this a few times anyway. Good enough for me. This movie was one of the best flicks in a long time too

a: 4 this is saga`s cam audio. hence stolen

m: 8 started off slowly but got good by the end.

this missing audio part is filled with russian audio, thats how they done it.

the sync issue is not that hard to fix....



1 in virtualdub open the avi then save the avi and the audio seperate.
2. open the audio file in a decent audio aditor..I used goldwave.
I cut out 0.480 seconds at 10 minutes 2 seconds then at 13 minutes 30 seconds I cut another 0.280 seconds. (total 0.760 seconds) then at 16 minutes I added 0.760 seconds (either silence or copy 0.760 seconds of audio at 16 mins then paste it in at 16 minutes.)



but that still does not fix the minute or so that is in russian....

there is a cam version of this movie on demonoid that "appearently" has the full english audio of the movie so i am trying to download that and attempt to cut that minute out and then cut the damn russian mintue out of this and then splice the audio back........

i was able to fix the sync issue but this is getting far too complicated......maybe better just wait for a proper TC by asteroids

Wow, I was really excited to see this, but at least it's not the April Fool's joke :P On with the review!

Wow. Overall, it's excellent, but there's a few points where you can see some "lag". By no means unbearable. Just two notches below DVD Quality, IMHO.

Audio - 6
Well, I was fooled at the beginning with all the bass rumbling, and thought it was "real" direct audio. I'm wondering if I should test how much Russian I remember and watch the original source of this instead :P

The audio isn't really all that bad, it's just annoying how in parts it will "de-sync", but it does correct itself within a couple of minutes each time. I thought about manually editing the audio track for perfect synchrozination, but that's too much work for cam audio with parts still in russian. *SOMEONE* will release this with proper audio soon enough.

Overall, if you have been dying to see this movie as much as I have, you might still want to check this release out. Being a stickler for quality, I still found the release enjoyable. I remember a VHS Screener of Dirty had a problem like this too, but only in one spot that I can remember. Point is, I sat through that piece of crap, so you can at least enjoy a "at least we got this much" release

get the release by adywan, it may only be on usenet but from their nfo it fixes all the problems with the hustle release, such as being out of sync, and also has cleaned up the audio even more. The audio on the adywan release is much nicer, its too bad the supposed scene groups like hustle get out-encoded by usenet groups, but oh well.

Really enjoyed the plot......... good cast too


P.S. Some synch problems and also can hear russian for about 30 secs. Could improve on the audio but not massive problem.

Video [7.5] A little blocky in spots but otherwise great quality.

Audio [6.5] Out of sync in spots, russian audio for about 50 seconds (good thing I speak russian ), yadda yadda...

Movie [?] Didn't watch the whole thing yet.

BTW: Is this a TC or a screener? The jumping pixels on the bottom look like they're from a timer. I thought TCs don't have timers... Plus it looks cropped. Why would it be cropped if its a TC?
