Gettin rid of Macrovision.....
Got a Phillips DVD724 Progressive Scan. Was wondering if anyone knew of a way to turn of the Macrovision so I could make VHS copies for the kids? It's deff got it and I looked but didn't see any "hidden" ways to turn it off. Any help/suggestions are helpful and appreciatted thanks.
couldn't see anything either... you're better buying a cheap dvd writer, and a cheap dvd player for them, probably.
either that or get a "video stabiliser" they're basically deMacro boxes. they dont usually state they do it, due to the law, but they do
most are only composite in / out mind.
