mac compatability
Hi, new here, I was wondering if I can play the movies I download here on my Macintosh
thanks
quote:
the movies I download here
Yes hes right you cant DL movies here ........but as for movies that you DL elsewhere, Yes you can.
Use "VLC Player"
Get it here http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
Most of the movies that you get will be either in .bin and .cue,.avi or .mpg Format.
Vlc player will handles these fine.Just right click on the file you want to watch and select open with VLC
TADAAAAAA..!
No extra codecs required
Use mplayer. Or, if you're completely incompetent, get the precompiled Aqua version here: http://mplayerosx.sourceforge.net
Some other useful software:
RAR/UnRAR for Mac: http://www.rarlab.com/rar/rarosx-3.4.1.tar.gz
VCDCopyX (to extract the DAT files from an actual burned (S)VCD): http://www.ns-software.com/VCDCopyX/
