So.....why can't update my profile?

Sorry. The administrator has banned your email address. We do not allow new user registrations with @hotmail.com addresses. Use your real email account. To contact the administrator click here

Not sure why I get this screen when i try to update my profile. i'm not using a hotmail account (it's yahoo) and it is my real email account.

I seem to be able to do everything else associated with my vcdq account just fine, so I really don't know what happened......

Really, any help at all with this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance folks.

PS- I did send an email to the administrator, but no response as of yet and patience is not really a virtue that i possess..... Thanx again people!!

you dont need to start a whole new thread with a poll and a long message, just message an admin like u did. Second, this has already been brought up in another thread.

Oh. ok. that's simple enough. thanks for responding.

On a related note; if as Snipa said, "this has already been brought up in another thread", do you think a post listing reasons why someones access might be banned aside from breaking that list of forum rules might be in order?

Of course i may be talking out my ass and this may be the only other possible reason, but now i'm curious and as i'm sure many others have had this prob before me, it might clear up some traffic in the admin in-bin.

Just an idea..... oh, and thanx again!
