proper my ass. this release is more out of sync than the LOL release was.

I watched this last night. It's completely fine.

It goes out of sync by over a second at roughly 4m 30sec. It appears to be some kind of encoding problem rather than actually being out of sync as you can just fast forward slightly and it sorts itself out (although it does it again at around 8m).
