XBMC woes!
Ok. Here is the deal. I've been streaming stuff off my PC via XBMC with a crossover ethernet cable for an age and a bit. Its been fine and dandy and i've never really had any problems.
I've recently changed isp's. Gone is the squished frog adsl usb modem and in comes a spanky new router. Now my new router occupies the single sole Ethernet port on my PC but I was told that this wasn't a problem (although this was told by Si..... and he's a fucking spoilt rich cunt with the silver spoon so far up his arse reality has become distorted! *waves*) so I just plugged an ethernet cable from the Xbox to the Router (NOT a X-Over cable)
I can get Weather to work if i change the Network assignment to Automatic (DHCP) but when I go to 'WORKGROUP (SMB) Nework i get nada......or asked for a username and password!
Any kind gents (Neversoft?) have any ideas?

I'll agree with your comment about Si until he invites me to Nobu's
