whats a good prog for ripping music off a website?

need a track playign on a site befor ethey change it lol

It depends on the site and format of the music but you could try Firefox and one of the zillions of "media grabbers" available for it... Unless it's streaming audio, in which case you're probably looking at something like TotalRecorder or similar.
