Burr out "ticker"
So, I have an xvid with a ticker & a watermark I want to blurr out. I've seen movies released with blurry marks over these before, and that is what I'm after. AFAIK, i'm gonna need a virtualdub filter for that, but which one?
My intention is not to "bump" this tread, but I thought since no one is responding maybe I should post in another section?

Moved to encoding forum.
