getting updates on dvdrip realeses

Does some one know a service that u can register to get email updates when a reasonable (R5 or DVDCSCR/RIP) version is out for a specified movie? (for Ex I'll get an email when a rip is out for "Eastern Promises")

Get a rss reader, search for a dupe site which has something to do with an owl. the get the xvid rss feed liink, subscribe to that, the set up a watch containg the movies you want to be alerted to.

It seems a bit big to my shoes...
