web hosting?

im looking to start up the website...does anyone have any suggestions for hosting sites?...im looking for a disscussion on price vs storage vs reliability... etc

ill be uling maybe 30 megs of songs and lots of pics...i wont need more than a gig of storage( probably more like 50 meg)... but i might need lots of subdomailns for thumbnails to link to jpgs(unless you have a better idea)

any other suggestions are welcome....this is my first one and we all know how things work out for me

I use tera-byte for the hosting that I actually pay for. I've dealt with them for years, they are very reliable and don't pester you for anything.

was one of our biggest competitors when I was working with hosting for good reason, ran by some good guys as well, can't beat the prices with what they offer.

is all included by any real hosting place, just as per usual standard they won't hold your hand through coding the necessary parts to get it working for your own page, that will be up to you (or whomever you hire to design the page).

there are basically freeware/open source packages available all over the web for things like shopping carts, forums, blogging, anything you would want to add to your site would just need to either research/ask around here a bit.
