Its Originally from a German TC, PUKKA just synced Universals TS Audio, so

V - 9 (Picture Perfect)
A - 2 (Doesn't handle the Highs like it should, fast forward to an action scene, and you will no what im talking about.)

Posted by Mailman on 11-29-2007 03:41 AM:

You can actually see the subs...wow. Overall a nice copy, sound seems a bit distorted, but it could be my computer. Thanks guys, a bit late, but still thanks.

V-8.5
A-8
M-7.5

V 8
A 8
M 8

Posted by ninjafab on 11-29-2007 05:46 AM:

very good

v 8

a 7

totally watchable if you cannot wait for something better but TC/R5s are the best possible quality besides DVD and HDrips.

I agree with last comment, I didn't find anything wrong with the audio. IMO a fine release by PUKKA. I just skipped through to check for sync issue's and didnt find any. This is just the right kind of movie for the holiday season (violence, blood, guts etc...) Great job PUKKA keep up the good work.

A/9
V/9
M/? (haven't watched the whole thing yet)

Posted by pedantics on 11-29-2007 06:23 AM:

you're joking - the sound quality is fucking heinous. sounds like it's been recorded with a mic in a room full of construction workers drilling holes in concrete.

visually, outstanding quality for a telecine

9.5/6/7

Posted by MrFreestyle on 11-29-2007 06:47 AM:

You are f*cking crazy. Haters...

Actually saw whole movie
Video 9
Audio 8

On P.C yeah it sounds not so perfect but on standalone with Big Screen T.V speakers it sounds Excellent

V-9
A-9 perhaps some folks have more codec's then a doctor has pills = why the fucked up audio score
M-10 fucking excellent just finished watching and woohoo unlike the dinosaur group my system played it perfectly Thx Pukka

Edit : GEEZ [dakiller] don't get your panties in a knot ....was just making a point [big screen = T.V versus small screen = P.C]....watch it on a standalone and judge it....the days of folks watching all movies on P.C are long gone..lmao

lmao Maybe some folks just use codec's correctly. or prefer standalone for viewing

Posted by jicjak on 11-29-2007 02:20 PM:

From skimming the movie. Very good video. Good audio. No major complaints with either. Saw the mVs rlse with missing footage and sub par video and audio. Now will be able to actually watch the movie and enjoy.

8.5/7.5/?

Posted by fireman911 on 11-29-2007 10:32 PM:

ahh this is what i like

from sample:
V:8 (fuckin nice, this is what i like. there's a dvdr version, what is normally for tc, so 99% change this is a real tc . thx pukka and the russian's :P )
A:8 (np, great )
M:8 (watch's dreamlight version)

I'd give it a 3 audio in my BS Player, and a 9.5 in Windows Media Player, lol.

BS usually plays everything, but for some reason the audio is very muffled using it.

Posted by spaceballsrules on 11-30-2007 12:23 AM:

Looks and sounds good to me.
No problems with audio at all.
Pukka comes through again.

Video - 9

Is actually ok, FDDSHOW had the dolby decoder on by default and causes the sound to blare. I shut it off and the sound is now fine.

I haven't seen a TC this good in a long time, well played PUKKA, well played

V - 9

A - 8 listened with nasty headphones wasn't that bad besides the vampire screams that hurts the ears a little bit, also its all in sync

M - 8 Wasn't sure what to expect going in besides vampire movie, I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend it highly.

Things would be a lot simpler if people only learned the difference between "Sounds fine to me" and "I've got wax in my ears and couldn't recognize clipped sound even if someone explained it to me".

Sound is horrible. The fact that people can't recognize that simply means they're blissfully clueless.

Video is fine. Audio, however, is NOT GOOD. Muffled, Screeching sound.. Had to put down the headphones during screaming. Not good.

Movie- disappointed. Horrible acting! Wanted everyone to die asap. Much better flicks then this..
