ummm... it was encoded on purpose!! maven's xvid .nfo says "go on dick heads and reencode that shit!" Hence the DH group... but who cares anyway... xvid was better.

In the NFO it states that this is a Prequel to the original 1963 film. Hmmm no it isn't, in the only respect there was a Diamond involved and Closeau, that's all.
After consulting a bit of IMDB it appears this 'is' a prequel, slightly bullshit if it's set 43 years in the future...

Yea it's stolen source and saves converting the xvid, but at least give credit to the creators for stealing someone elses work - especially since they are taking the risk to film and release it.

Video - 6 (Flicker and added light in off centre right, same as Around the World in 80 Days release)

Audio - 6 (Pure enough but some of that static makes it sound like shit)

Movie - 3 (Some slightly funny innuendo's, but why does Beyonce have to fucking sing, very original role for her to play)

All in all this film has crapped on the memory of Peter Sellers.. Bastards.

Stick with the rules and rate the movie, not where it came from. You want to discuss the scene , do it elsewhere.

I cannot believe some of u dweebs beechn about somebody stealing a movie from someone else who pretty much stole the movie from the mpaa. Kind of hypocritical.

first the quality of the movie is not bad.....it is an svcd not an xvid....obviously it is a reencode of the maven release who by the way have stated they are no longer doing svcd unless it absolutly warrents it.....
yet every one bitches and moans about it being a reencode and gives it low ratings...if maven did their own reencode you would all be praising them to the high heaven......

no i do not have a divx dvd player and do not plan on buying one my pioneer is just fine and those of you that think i should go out and get a divx player can send me the money for one at [email protected]

no one can replace peter sellers as inspector clouseau

ok i am going to edit my review abit after watching the whole movie i am going to drop down on my video a bit to a low 6.5....yes we know it is a stolen source video but at least the could have done a better job of it...comparing it to the maven xvid it is cropped on both the left and right sides....very obvious in the opening credits

not an svcd fan. cause tv outputs on video cards are more conveniant, but for this release i comment on the previous few who seem to like the sound of their own voices....

makes me really feel for vcdq moderators .... i assume these clowns can make you guyes laugh now and then

but my hat goes off to you NeverSoft and others hard at work keeping this hot site informative and fun

watched maVen's XviD and this saple ... DH didnt do too bad of a job, other then forgetting ½ of the release ¿

svcd or xvid simply a matter of choice and hardware. Personally I would always go for the xvid.

v-7 the top left is a little dark, but its pretty good stuff
a-7 good, typical for a telesync
m-7 its hilarious, and if u guys say the original pink panther is even better, then i have to see that
