I agree with POT in them saying they dont believe Silvers should be SVCD (MPEG2) , but seems alot of grps are pushing the next grp over to do SVCD or get beat.

What i dont understand from the nfo is ...

Wanna bitch about the quality. Blame the grps that force our hands we wouldve prefered VCD but at least we cropped right

Reading that , they knew the quality was bad ... they would have perfered VCD , but they got beat, not only by SAOSiN but by COBRA.

This copy , just like COBRA's should have been labled iNTERNAL , not PROPER.

It took me a bit to compair SAOSiN's copy vs POT's copy. POT's is very very very dark , and very blurry , colors are bleeding, on compair POT's copy is also missing a bit of the top and part of the sides are missing also. Sound is the only thing going for this release.

I respect POT for all the releases they put out in the past , but i will say this is definatly the worst copy of the 3 and verge of unwatchable. This shouldnt have been released to "The Scene" , much less Propered ..

also saosin is nuked for being cropped but this isn't and this is SUPPOSED to be a proper????

Many props to POT for all their hard work; but this one just doesn't cut it. There was no reason for this to be considered a proper - a .iNTERNAL would have been appreciated by those who wanted a full picture and probally spread just as fast. But imho saosin's release deserved to be SVCD they just need to work on camera position (like not having it in the front row) and cropping their releases would be on par with some of the top groups; they are new so they need some time. But i think POT and COBRA should have .iNTERNAL'd.

Pic is dark and grainy, audio is right on, movie i heard is a dissapointment

POT is established as a well known group. Lots respect them for speed and sometimes good quality. Having a VCD.TS out by the night it premiers is pretty astounding. I know they seem to be proving a point by doing SVCD.TS with a silver source sort of mocking SG18 / COBRA but why? There the bigger people and they know how to follow scene rules as shown. They seem to of started off rocky in the beginning but have been steady releasing good quality stuff for it to be a silver. Keep the good job up POT.

I admit the quality on this release is shit but maybe they will stop trying to prove something and get back on track.

Nice effort on the proper. The SAOSiN release is much better if you can deal with the overcropping and slight tilt of the video. I barely noticed the cropping when I watched it.

This isnt needed.. Saosin's release was just fine.

Based on sample..

Video - 1 (only because its watchable but blurry as hell)

Sound - 7 (not POT's best)

Movie - 8 (saw Saosin's and it was cool)

Having viewed all 3 releases as well SAOSIN is far from perfect but still the best version overall. However, the intro credits are completed tilted so bad u can barely read it. Nice colors though and the cut off eye thing doesnt affect the movie all that much. The sound is very loud but voice very muffled on SAOSIN, but like i said overall its still the best of the 3.

Any group that listens to people on vcdquality or any other people, who are negative and not helping them, are stupid.
If a group listens to people in a forum they should rethink what they are doing! (NOT SELLING ARE WE?)

Anyways.... groups decide whats out there, and healthy "competition" makes us select the best to download.

If for one moment you think bashing a group here is gonna hurt them:
