Yes, this one is bad, found the sample and watched it its funny ppl rated it 7 because it said SVCD its not good its coded awfully

It is a SVCD, but insted of using MPEG2, they used MPEG1. Or I guess It could be a 720x480 VCD?? or MPEG1 DVD-R?? LOL

And the audio I just took apart is VBR MP3 Audio, LOL.

But I also got the vigilante. SO guys theres no pinot in this rls unless you think were stupid.... but i dont want to discourage you from future rls just try not to mislable!

Hmmm.... I thought the idea of a vcd/svcd was that it plays in my dvd player? I'd re-encode it for myself, but it doesnt look much better than the vigilante svcd, so Ill leave the re-encoding up to VCDHell. Hahaha. I'm suprised too, why no *nuke* yet?

Havn't got this yet,wont be anyways,but i knew something was up when the nfo says error where the resolution should be, and the VBR says 5 pass, when everyone knows you need to use CBR for VCD,what the hell did they hink they were creating when they did this,pity its Mpeg1 though, my DVD play Mpeg2 at 720x576 6000kbps, but wont play Mpeg1 unless its VCD standard.
