Its a good first first release but there is bound to be another better quality release soon.

Sound is loud, but not really all that clear. Video isn't sharp, but it's watchable. Way over cropped, it's like leaning hard to the right there. Yeah they scored for being first, but I wouldn't brag about scoring with the ugly chick like this.

Back for the 2k7 Holla! <3 all the old mods and the former mod VCDz who got banned!

Video - 5 out of 10 - not too bad for a cam but its on the blurry/washed out color side.

Audio - 5 out of 10 - not bad for a cam but its loud and hollow.

I have not watched the whole movie yet. I hope its good

picture is decent for cam, although way over cropped, audio is hollow, but loud

hmm... the sample is ok, but the intro shows you how cropped it is...

the sound on my system was just fine though with minor tweaking, which is kinda funny, seeing that its cheap...

i will watch this, i dont have great expectations for any re-do of anything anymore, so if im surprised, i might just buy it!

::EDIT:: I WILL AGREE, i need to see a better copy... but i was generally impressed by this movie, but not because it was all great, because i had low expectations, and the destruction scenes kicked ass..

amazingly the fucked crop didnt play a huge part as it would in most movies...

audio - 6.5 (slight echo and you can hear some bafoons in the audience during the beginning.)

movie - awesome!

If not for the bottom third of the screen cropped out and the left side of the screen the video quality would be very acceptable especially for a cam. But the sound makes you feel like you are in the theater with the audience unfortunately unable to tell the little bast*rds in front of you to shut up. you can really hear them in a early scene where the girl is looking under the hood of bumblebee. the overcropping is what kills this rls

v= 5.5 (be a easy 7.5 if not for the overcropping)

V = 7.5 I dont know where you guys are seeing these major problems it is cropped a little akward but I have seen cams that are tilted cut mid screen etc. the main reason its not higher isthe cropping but a lil extra grade for timing

a = 6 it could be better but its good

m = 8 perfect july 4 movie a lot of action a few jokes and a fun time at the movies

Huge array of opinions. Ratings though pretty much in the same range. Review based on 2 rars and sample. What I did not see is flickering, pixilation, graininess, and washed out colors. What I did see is the cropping problem, very good resolution for a cam, and great color. Audio loud and clear and pure cam. Audience participation too. Entirely watchable.

7.5/6/? May wait for a TS. Detest cam sound.

Took the plunge and watched as no TS seems to be on the horizon. Remain very impressed with the quality of the video for a cam. Were it not for the cropping easily an 8.5. Unable to relate to the movie but appears to be very good for its genre. Will leave it at that.

VIDEO 6/10 a lot cut off but you can still watch it

Not bad at all really (for a cam)

1st i had my reservations
then i saw the 2nd trailer and i had high hopes
now I've seen it and im in two minds whether i liked it, or really liked it.

Its definitely more for kids than the hype and trailers would suggest.
There's also far to many 'Cringe Moments' where they attempt some funnies
but again that could be more because its aimed at a different target audience.

Some suttle jokes aimed at adults, Quote "tell them to get there hands off my bush"

That's the jokes, but the effects are AWESOM and the action wont disappoint.
some of the cast seem a little wooden in there acting but that's casting.


Over all the movie was GOOD, and going by the re-hatching of dead franchises to date this is up there with the best.
kids will love it, adults and nostalgia wont feel let down.

There's a little too much twat factor (audience participation) for me.
But the cam'er did a good job with positioning and sound like he wasn't too close to the chatters.


Leech it and watch it, its a dam good cam.

v=8.0, good colors, not too dark. Could be 9 if was not cropped for the Dutch Subtitles and the camera-guy was sitting in the middle.
a=8.0, clear, with good bass. Could be 9 if those Dutch guys kept there mouth shut.
m=9.5, it's fantastic, easily the best movie of this year and it was over before I knew it. Hugo Weaving didn't even sound bad as Megatron.

Not bad for the time it took to release, but not good enough to watch IMO, due to the epic scale of the film.

Pretty much agree with previous posters on this release, cam wasn't too bad for video but with the obvious over-crop, audio was very typically CAM but was clear enough to hear what was being said, as for the film, well it's Transformers... Robots in Disguise.. hehehe, fucking love it, takes me back to the good old days when i first saw them as the cartoon in my younger days. Hopefully a TS will be out soon etc but for now, i'd rate it as:

M : 9 ( gotta love 'em i'm afraid. )

Props to TS_Video for getting it out real quick, nice one guys. keep up the good work.

The cropping is so horrible I can't even watch this... and I saw it in theaters opening night so I can tell how bad this crop is. It's cutting out portions of the top, bottom, left, and right of the frame. In other words... it's cutting out a hell of a lot.

m9.5 - i loved it. it's undeniable fun from start to finish! i'll go back to the theater again for this movie if a decent rls doesn't come out soon!

Good cam but ..

only half of the movie

video looked decent enough but it was out of synch for me from the very beginning so switched it off.

will wait for another release

Video in focus which is good considering part of screen is cut off. Kind of levels the playing field. Will have to wait for a TELESYNC though due to this being a cam, but props to group who've gotten a good release of this film though... This isn't bad at all... enjoy people...

imo terrible release.

only gave the movie a 9 for the cheesy jokes, starscream sounded like a joke and i really didnt like megatrons voice.

this release is ok for a cam,but the over croping is just too bad
the movie itself is very good, i say grab it if you cant wait for r 5 of somthing

Pretty good release IMO. LOVED the movie. Went and saw it at the theatre and I definately suggest everyone else do the same before downloading this or any other release. Its WELL worth the money. Anyways, onto my rating:

Audio - 6, decent but a little hollow. Audience laughter and chit-chat is there, but its not bad enough to ruin this release. This is to be expected from a CAM though.

Video - 8, surprisingly good for a CAM. A little overcropped at the beginning and in a few other scenes but overall very good. VERY watchable.

Movie - As stated before, very very good movie. I went into this at the theatre not expecting complete crap but not expecting it to be this good either. The CG is by far the best I've ever seen in any movie to date and it has a pretty good story. Not to mention Megan Fox is gorgeous which doesnt hurt at all.

Why was this release nuked btw? How can it be nuked for being a stolen source when it was the first copy released? Just curious.....

m:8 - solid action and humor, i'm probably a little biased since i was a huge transformers fan when i was a kid. Bay's best, although thats not saying much.

tl;dr: i found it entertaining despite low expectations (being a Bay film and all).

and yes, "bonghit" or whatever is either retarded or a really bad troll. saw it the theater before wacthing this release. the whole movie is there, exept for 3 small scenes that rolled during the credits (nothing really important).

Video -- 6.5

Source is the same as THS hence the nuke. The difference is this is cropped, THS isn't which IMO makes it a lot worse. Also colors a bit washed out and blurry for my tastes, but then again it's a cam.

Audio -- 7

Audio is a bit hollow, but its not really distracting. Can hear audience laughing in some parts, and some dude is yelling at the very beginning. Reversing stereo makes it sound better.

Movie -- ?

Haven't watched the whole thing yet.
