Well now i can actually watch my friends work on a good copy of the movie instead of watching the ts. A good friend of mine in Cali. who is a great artist did some of the art in the film. Even though the movie got bad reviews, He has only worked on one or two movies that got good reviews, the rest sucked.

This movie fuckin rocks, it probably got mixed reviews due to too many critics comparing it to the matrix. But imagine for one second that the matrix didn't exist, this movie holds it's own for sure. Storyline has a few loopholes but it's a great plot, the action scenes are also great. I was only disappointed with such a sudden ending (watch and see). BTW, this was pre'd like a day ago... remember kids not all timezones are the same as your time zone, europe and asia are almost a day ahead. Great quality ESOTERiC, 9/8/9!!!

This is a good movie, I saw it in the theaters. Kind of like The Matrix mixed with a touch of Minority Report. Anyway, the screener is nice; good job, Eso. The only drawback is that it is in fullscreen. -=\

Every VHS Screener you come across from now on would most likely be FS except for VideoCD and VCDCentral's studio screeners. Get over it, academy season is over.

the quality was also really good accompanied by good sound

ok stop being pricks and comparing this to the matrix, i think you'll find the base (book) for this film was wrote waaaay b4 any matrix arrived. The film rox, i luved it, better than the matrix for me but thats just my opinion, as for looking for loopholes??....get a life

A better way to put it, then starting a flame war by calling each other names would be, Hey bro this book was written before the matrix and is definetly not based on it, just like we've all been saying, im sorry but i disagree with you. Is what you could of said but now i had to edit it -rP

Hey, I know screener season is long gone, and I give props to Eso for this release. (8/9/8) However, I was just saying that if I had my choice, I'd prefer a Widescreen release. That's all, no harm intended.

This was a great movie. It had a bit of a matrix feel to it with the guns and trenchcoat thing but I see the movie much closer to a movie adaptation of Farenheit 454 (the book about burning books and all)

Did Eso really do this? Great looking SCR from the sample. Decided to grab it since sample looked SO HOT.

Bout time they release something besides New York silvers. Which ESO happens to be using now. I Guess they didn’t learn there lessons from A-Team , FTF ,SWS, QvD. All those groups failed using New York DVD silvers. I wonder what makes them think when they release them its any different. But oh well. Nice release on the screener. Hopefully ESO will give up on the NY trash and be original.

Just watched the movie and man it rules one of the best movies ever just dont understand why it was limited they could have made so much money with this thing anyways hope they make part 2.. simply freakin amazing action.

It was limited because they didn't know how it would go over. my understanding was they pulled it opening weekend cause it did so well to schedule a nationwide release. I heard April/May.

Hopefully its true, cause I would like to see this on the big screen and we never had a release here.

according to www.amazon.com this movie will be released on May 13, 2003. so dont expect a nation wide release but a dvd one this is one fucking great release and great movie 9/8/10

This movie rocks

I finally found time to watch this movie, I was expecting big things of it and wasn't dissapointed. The plot isn't super-special, you've heard similar before (although there's a few good twists to keep you interested).

What really makes the movie worth watching is the sheer "class" demonstrated in the fight scenes... Yes, they're similar to The Matrix and a 100 imitators since it's realease but they're done VERY well - top direction and choreography, it sets a new standard and Matrix Reloaded is going to have to pull out all the stops to out-do this one (though they have the budget )

As you can tell, I was pretty impressed by this movie...

Video: 9/10
Audio: 9/10
Movie: 9/10

WATCH IT!!!

Adding to what Neversoft, this movie truely surpassed expectations. It had a vision of the future that I could actually believe MIGHT happen someday. Yes, its just a 'Big Brother' movie, but damn it had me gripped from start to finish. Heck the final fight, where the 2 main characters kind of have a swordfight with guns had me going 'Wow!', its worth seeing this movie just for THAT one scene.
On my standalone, the video was perfect and the audio was brilliant.

Heck, a 9/9/9 here too.

Finally got round to watching this last night on 32inch widescreen TV. Qulaity was excellent apart from slight jumps in heavy movement scenes. Overall quality was better than some of the satellite TV pictures that we've been getting lately.

Excellent film and I can only echo whats been said about the action scenes.

Audio sounded spot on.

Just now got around to watching this one, great job guys. The action scenes were great, as was the story. This is probably one of the best vcd screeners i've seen. Great pic and sound, played like a dream on the ol' apex. Next to Solaris this is the best sci-fi movie i've seen in a while. Nice to have action and a plot.

Bud-Man, I did not suffer from any pixalation whatsoever. Perfect video and audio throughout on my standalone. You sure you did not pick up one of the Telesyncs by FTF or Esoteric.

I absolutely loved this movie. Watched it twice already. Tons of symbolism and themes if you care about studying them.
Action was incredible and story had bits of everything in it (most literature does).

What I find most incredible is this was done on only an $8 million budget.

Great release and recommend this movie to anyone.
