I haven't seen a damn thing on this yet but this popped up while I was on and had to hand the speedy props to TEG. I hope it's decent quality.

I don't know why this tickles me, but FTF got owned by a screener group =P

quality looks alright . on the main site it said SCREENER but the quality sure dont look like it. PROPS to TEG-VCD for quick release because I know many of us have been wanting to see this movie .

How out of LEFT FIELD is this release?! We've had some surprises here, and a kewl April Fool's Day prank, but who expected those mad dogz at TEG to pre-release one of the hottest movies of the summer?? Holy She-yit!

REVIEW (of the burned sample): perfectly acceptable bootie. Better color than the norm, bright enuff, sound is typically tinny, but in sync.

TEG-- your work this summer, there ain't props big enuff.

First of all i got the sample and thats what im voiting for not the jpg i watched the sample and it gets very blocky when that girl was movin them big weeds or what ever and it was hard to see so it gets blocky in sceens with action im guessing and the sound it sounds like a cam for sound and we all know thats what they released alot water mark i dont care about

sample was your standard pre-release quality. rate it 6/5/8
for pre-release, it's worth it. slightly more watchable than most FTF pre-releases.

you know someone is gonna follow through with a higher quality rip tho by opening day

Sample is very disappointing, looks like FTF, they should have stepped up to the plate, like there summer release of JP3. This will be nicely ripped into 100 meg avi files for all the Kazaa Kiddies though.

How can vc-distros be a renecode. The only copy out is the TEG version and I have seen the VC-Distro copy and it cannot be a renecode. Unless someone has found some magic that makes the watermark in TEG version dispapper..Anyways from what i hear their sample was out way before TEG came out and anyways TEG is being nuked on site anyways. Enough said.

Also your not going to fix sound that good in a renecode either. The sources of these two releaes are totally differnt.orm

ok ive been watching people comment on these foe a while. First off, for all u whiners. Its a VCD, of course it isnt gonna look like were in the damn theatre, this isnt an SVCD or anything. Some of you are just to used to SVCD, you need to get brought back to reality. I watched the sample, its fine, for a VCD. If this was a SVCD or a Screener, then of course Id b criticizing it as well. But the fact is, its an early release of a damn good movie, and its watchable, very watchable...theres nothing wrong with it.

No group is going to release another telesync of this movie, its been a month and to correct you, there have been two releases of this movie, Centropy released an SVCD of this with amazing quality sound and pic. Back on the subject, watched the sample, its decent, will wait for a better release, dont want to ruin it.

hmm i watched the sample and it was great quality specially 8 days before theatre release? it got somewhat dark at some spots but i didnt see any blocking like someone commented earlier.

Thats actually quite and easy thing to do, and can achive results where at normal glance would not notice it had been there. Of corse you can never get a good enough result that when looked at closely it wouldn't be noticable.

This release is not pure crap so you can please shut that shit up. To be so early this ts looks just fine, and remember it IS jus a ts. I mean, what the fuck do you want? MIBII is completely watchable and is definitely not the worst ts out. I jus don't understand what the hell you were talking about when you said it's pure crap lol. You must haven't really seen 'pure crap'. i seriously hope you actually watched the sample before that little ignorant comment of yours. And another thing, I noticed ppl say it got nuked on some sites, but I think you guys forget that nukers are just ordinary fucks like everybody else. Sometimes they nuke for the dumbest reasons and sometimes they fuck up and nuke something that shouldnt have been nuked. Nukers are dummies sometimes, so just because a rls gets nuked doesnt mean it's justified. If one nuker nukes a rls cause he's an asshole, then another nuker will nuke it just because he saw it get nuked.. anyway im out

movie is decent quality just like all these other fuckin ts's , nothing new, nothing wrong.

NERO: you are right on the $$$. I agree completely: this is a slightly better-than-average TS. No way in hell should it be nuked. I couldn't watch the nuke-worthy MINORITY REPORT, but I'm enjoying MIB2 just fine.

I thought from reading from the comments that this rls would be pure shit but i just got to burning disc 1 and i thought this was a very good ts. My only complaint would be it is dark, that is about it, other then that it has good color and audio and is comparable to a ftf after theater rls and better then an ftf pre

This TEG-VCD release was ok there are some odd things in the sound where it sounds like the source was disconnected but it only last about 1 sec and happened only every once in a while not very bad. Also 20 minutes into cd2 (dat 2 if you extracted to 1 cd) you can see some chicks head in the lower right hand side looks like shes fixing her hair or something . This rls also fits on one cd if you extract both dat files and then burn them together on one cd. The movie itself was pretty good worth spending 80 minutes of your life on.

(If you say this teg version of the movie is unwatchable you have serious eye problems and should see you doctor right away.)

one thing i just gotta say.. the ppl who on the first day of release who say "great job , but i'll wait for centropy" within the first hour or two of pre.. whats the actual likelyhood they even seen the print in question?

i mean, the whole argument for this seemed to rage on about teg/vcdistro print, but it wasn't until a lonnng time after this all started that avenger pointed out that both films are from the same source, where TEGs is taken directly, and VCDistro modified it (cropped etc) for better/worse. i think this is pretty damn obvious from anyone who's seen any parts of the two releases.

so do we have to have 5 pages of arguing in total (across the two threads) or arguing which print is better just to find out its the same damn print basically?

as for which print was out first, if someone could please publish the pre times for both prints, and then we'll know for sure. thanx

I just watched the movie in several places for 5-10min, and I must say, it's watchable. If you don't like it don't download!! I dont get it, if you dont download it, it doesnt exist, so let us decide if its worth it or not !!

i wont complain, but offer my opinion:

video is dark, clear and fairly crisp but dark i'd say 6/10 for a prerelease its pretty damn decent imho...

audio is good, a bit muffled, but certainly not unbearable again i'd give it a 6/10

the movie? who cares, its MIB2! hahahahaha

Ditto, I think its just plain wrong when people bitch and whine about FREE movies, and sometimes they aren't even in the cinema's yet.

I'd like to say thanks to all the groups as well, fantastic work.

If you dont like, dont download. Wait for the dvds or go see them at the cinema...
