Not too shabby, alittle dark.. wut the heck...

Sample is set during a bright sunny scene. NFO suggests that this is a dark rip. I'm concerned that the sample, which is nice, decent svcd quality, may be misleading. Will wait for some feedback here.

Edit: NICE. The movie may be dark, but the rip is sweet. Great job, iMPERiAL. (7/8/?)

The sample is set in a nice light scene (and 2 minutes of sample, instead of the normal 1 minute which is what is most often seen).

Even in the light sample, you can tell anything else will be terribly dark. Other than that, it is a pretty good rip overall. The colors are a bit faded and the audio is nearly flawless.

I haven't taken a look at POTs sample yet, so I can't compare to that. But I think I'll probably grab this copy even though the movie is supposed to suck ass.

i just watched the sample and i think the audio is great quality, def up to par, and the video look a little bit grainy (did i spell that right?) but decent colors. i def would pick this release over pots, comparing the samples of course

grainy the colors are awful a lil YUV saturation couldve fixed that, the noise filter woulda helped but it triples ir encode time...imho a 5/9/? video couldve been alot better if thy hadnt rushed the rls

The film is great! It's sends a great message of how fear is used to control people... and how it's even being used now in modern times . Did the terror threat meter just go to red? As for the dialogue, let's not forget that these ppl have created there own 18th century style of speech.

I think the way they advertised the movie was also genius. Those who rate this film poorly are those who are controlled the easiest.

The quality of this rls is nice. The video is dark but you're not missing very much in the dark scenes anyhow. Sound is good... wouldn't ask for any better seeing how i get these for free.

humm not a bad rls.. video is dark as people have been saying, also color is washed out and a littel grainny. Audio is great no complaints at all. haven't watched much of the movie but looks good

well this is definitely better than pots release, the pic is just clearer even tho its darker, i think its easier to see faces in this one however. the sound is what really sets this one above pots, its nice direct audio. decent job here imperial. movie was entertaining.

this may be off topic
ok i haven't seen this version or the sample yet but have the pot version and also went to the movies to see it last night......
this is a dark movie at the theater colors seem muted in the movie but i believe that was m night's call they only real brightness is in the scenes with the "forbidden colors" for a more dramatic effect....
i will grab a sample now or cd 1 to check it out
as it stands my rating would be

I dont know what to think about this movie. It wasnt scary but the ending was good except I guess I was expecting somthing differnt. Other then the last half hour of this movie it wasn't very good, The blind lady was annoying as hell too. This movie is not a horror as it was advertised , it was a thriller.

Glad I waited, if movie is any good, I'll get next better release by next group. A lot of people are saying the movie sucked, we'll see . . . I won't give up on M. Night, until he becomes as washed up as Spielberg.

Fuck sheep, I liked the movie. I rank it up there with Signs, tying for 3rd of all the M. Night flix.

saw movie at drive in last night thought it blew was really hoping it was going to be good to since from previews it did look good.

i watched this. A pretty funny movie. 2 Notes about this, the audio is pretty good, and pic is also nice for a TS. Its a bit bright in white areas, but i honestly think thats impossible to correct in any cam / TS. About the movie. At the very end, some guy gets up in front of camera.. HAHAH yea.. good old reminder its a TS.. and it seems to end short. The credits role, but i think we missed some of the action during them. If anyone has seen this, did it go further than the man threatening to sue.. ?? if not i take that back.. just seemed abrupt.. Anyhow enjoy.

Nonetheless, this particular release seems to have been a waste of my time as the earlier release isn't far of the boat in terms of video/quality. It lacks the recluse personality charm of a Maven release whose stuff is starting to grow on me..

Not bad, movie was supposedly to be dark but the release made it a bit darker. Neways, not a bad release. Great movie btw.

The video in this release freaggin' sucks.. And that's really too bad as I anticipated this to be a better release based on the ratings. These ratings are highly overated. Much darker then POT's release. Sound was a bit better, but that's about it. However, that dithered grainy look really does smell like a sweaty perineum. Can't wait for some other big players to get their hands on this..

As stated before the video was a little dark but the audio was pretty damn good. IMO the movie itself wasn’t as bad as some others have stated although the ending kind of sucked (somehow I was expecting more) All in all the quality was a lot better than the POT release and defiantly worth downloading.

O.K. Just finished watching the whole film...
Start with audio--very clear, but was very low, needed to turn my t.v. way up.
Moving onto the pic quality, pretty damn POOR, kinda reminds me of a logistic release, grainy and a tad blurry, except without a blue tint. The colours are VERY washed out, definatly not up to todays standards set by other groups.
Going onto the actual movie, well, i read others reviews of people saying this movie was a pile of shit , but i still went in with an open mind.After finishing watching it, it IS a STEAMING PILE OF SHITE!!!!!! Next to nothing happens in first half hour or so, then when the plot unfolds im still waiting for something big, i was still waiting for that at the end of the film...the twist in it was shit.The film had potential ,definatly could have been made better by someone else, but the way it is i'd advise anyone NOT to waste there time on this, the advert for it is sooooo misleading.
I am angry i wasted 1hr and 48 minutes watching this and feel sorry for people that pay to go and see this.

Quality : 7.5 - grainy video.. TAD bit dark BUT nothing your TV's Brightness cant fix looked good enough for me i mean there is no special effects anyway so why do you need perfect video

Sound : 9.0 no real mess ups sounded good on my surround

MOVIE : 9.0 - one of the better movies i have seen in a while.. everyone who said the movie sucked said so because everyone suspected the 6th sence or signs.. or wanted that anyway...this movie gave me goosebumps a couple times and I NEVER EVER EVER expected the end to be how it was.. Very good Film enjoyed it thuoroughly

My only complaint on the release (other than the expected darkness) was the disparity between loud scenes and quiet talking scenes... I found myself holding my receiver remote the whole time and changing volume as necessary.

The movie was amazingly bad. I mean really... how did this steaming pile of shit make it to screen?

8/8/-2 movies sucked 2 elephant balls and swallowed two hippo nutts, it was just stupid and the ending just ruined all the effects. A real letdown.

Just watched this and i must say that its the worst film of the year. Absolute GARBAGE!!

Utter RUBBISH but the qualitys good. Better building a jigsaw than watch this crap.
