Question Viewing Parts of A DVD From A Few Rars

Hello everyone. I am new at this and I hope I am not doing anything wrong. I tried searching for an answer to this and I can't seem to find one. (maybe I'm not typing in the right words) I have been reading on a few posts that you can view parts of a dvd as you download the rar files. How can you do this? If it is an iso or img file is it still possible to check it out? If you could let me know it would be great. Thanks very much in advance.

Well this works with most SVCD's but I havne't tried it with DVD's.

If your rar files are named something like,

movie.001 rename it to movie.vob and double click on the movie.vob file and play it with either media player or powerDVD.

Might work , might not...

seconded.. for svcd and dvdr, this program is great, just drag and drop any of your rar files (even ones that are still downloading, ffs!!) into the player window, and it plays them fine... simply an awesome tool i wouldn't be without.
