who cares,it's on dvd now

This is an "absurd" reason for a proper. Who cares about 6 frames? I watched both samples they supplied in their release... it's hardly a good reason to proper something. Now if the artifacts were throughout the movie- that would be different.

Video: 8. It's identical to Alliance's release
Audio: 8. Same thing.
Movie: 7. funny enough IMO.

Not in every country. In some countries it might even be another 4 months before it is officially out.

Good proper reason. DVD rips should have no un-needed artifacts. If they do then what's the reason for ripping from a DVD? Why not rip from a source where you expect artifacts - i.e. HDTV and say -- this.is.as.good.as.a.DVD.rip.if.you.like.artifacts.here.ya.go

7/7/5

The video is higher res. on the vomit release and the colours look less washed out (at least, from the sample). Also, there are more compression artfacts on the alliance release (I'm not talking about the messed up pixels that warranted the "proper"). Overall, I'd say this is the better release to get quality-wise, if you don't have it already.

Vid: 9.5 (Better)
Aud: 9 (Same)
Mov: 7.5 (Not nearly as bad as most people say)

Edit: After opening the full version of the vomit release, MPC says it wasn't prepared for sequential reading and therefore won't be suitable for burning onto a CD.
