This says nuked for no proof, and a vobsample was released, that made CRNTV's sample look like a$$ (no disrespect to CRNTV)

Based on the Sample the AVI contains QPEL hence the Nuke as it's in violation of Scene Rules...

well a bit blocky to me but nothing that a 8-pass CCE encoding cant fix to put on dvdr but i got the DVDr Instead by Emerald

Dont know about the nuke though
