Good movie for the kids. Although this thing froze at the menu screen when I hit play. The whole DVD was locked, so I had to unplug it to get it to eject the disc. So then I tried to choose to play the movie through the scene selection, and that froze my standalone as well. So then I just ripped the movie itself onto a DVDr, and that plays no problem of course. BTW, I have a Pioneer DV-563A. I think I might have too many hours of play on this unit. Might be getting a little old now. Oh, well....

It did the exact same thing on my 563A and my 434.
Both are Pioneer.
Wondering if its just a compatibility problem with Pioneer.

This is very odd: I get that too. The strange part is that it works through IfoEdit, and it's not a VTS Sectors problem. Is there a patch out there?
